Based on the many 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp, I hired Kitsap Roof Pros to fix an active roof leak. After the initial $1500 of work, the roof still leaked. I contacted them and they came back multiple times, never resolving the leak. …

Always get several estimates to make sure you are not being over charged. Kitsap Roof Pros quoted $21k for a small flat roof replacement torchdown that requires less than $3k of materials. Other quotes from reputable contractors were $8k, $10k, and $13k. My experience is Kitsap Roof Pros over charge by a factor of 2.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. After reviewing this estimate with our specialist, it appears the initial estimate was based on incorrect project details (our mistake), which resulted in a higher quote than the actual scope would require. We completely understand how that could be confusing and frustrating. We agree, and always encourage homeowners to gather multiple quotes to make the best decision for their situation. It’s also important to compare estimates carefully, looking at the full scope of work line by line. Wishing you the best with your project, and thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

We got our roof replaced and Kitsapp Roof Pros were amazing! Joe was amazing to work with and he provided the quote and outlined next steps. Jessica, who was the PM on the project was great. Communication was wonderful, and they were so very accommodating and squeezed us in for our roof replacement on the dates we provided. The crew that came over to do the work was skilled and did a great job. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Erin was an amazing partner to work with in navigating a significantly weathered and torn roof. He and the crew worked long term to support our needs and meet the health of our home to a degree unparalleled as far as roofing companies go in our community. Our roof is now two years old, and something no homeowner should worry about once installed. As a result, we are ecstatic that it is THE least remarkable thing on our property because excellent care and attention was given to allow us to live our lives in the peace and safety of our beloved home. Thank you KPR for your expertise, communication, and care to our cozy home!! Highly, highly recommend. ❤️❤️❤️

Kitsap roof Pros has been a great asset to our clients. We have had the pleasure of working with Jessica on a few emergency leak repair situations and has always been so efficient and such a great communicator. She has helped us get branches out of our clients roofs all the way out in Port Orchard, to helping us emergency tarp a roof in Kingston before a big storm. They are a great company to have on your side when you need roofing work.

Kitsap Roof Pro's installed a new roof on a Geodesic Dome that my client was purchasing and the quality of the installation was great! Those are challenging roofs to install. They were timely and great to work with! Thank you for a job well done!

Thank you to Kitsap Roof Pros for coming out to inspect a roof leak I had. My current roof is only 7 years old and the company that installed is no longer in business. KRP was able to evaluate where the leak was coming from, propose a solution, and fix it in a very timely manner. Highly recommend for anyone in need of any roofing work.
