  Hello Hilary, I'm the owner of Maritime Roofing and Construction, LLC. My name is Robert Lyman (Bob). I just tried calling you this morning around 9:00am and was unable to leave a voicemail, so I wanted to reach out to you as soon as possible. It was brought to my attention this morning at around 8:30am that you left my company a 1 star review on Google. This is obviously very concerning to me. I am involved in all of my estimators' training and was hoping that you could give me some feedback as to what happened when Justin came to your home to give you an estimate. Justin has nothing but positive recommendations and reviews. Anyone that reads this can see Justin's name associated with my company only in a positive and professional way. I want to give you a short history of my background in order for you to understand how I run my company. I came to WA through the Navy. I'm originally from MT. I was born in Butte, MT and graduated highschool from Whitehall High School in Whitehall, MT. 38 kids in my graduating class. I come from a long line of Navy Veterans including my little brother who recently retired after serving for 22 years. I train all of my estimators and hire people that share my same values. Justin moved to WA from Louisiana. He was stationed here as a member of the US Army. I have only found him to be courteous and polite. However, I am not at every appointment with him and need to know if there is something that he is doing or saying that is other than professional? I only have good reviews for the services that we provide. To receive my first 1 star review was shocking to hear, especially based on an estimate and not the work that would be performed. Please, any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Everyone in my organization would like to understand why you left my company a negative review based on us giving you an estimate that you requested from us.   They were quick and efficient. Replaced the roof, TPO on the edges, new flashing, new skylights. They took the time to order custom sizes for the skylights rather than try to fit the wrong size (like the last time the roof was replaced). Did a good job cleaning up, as well

  We had a great experience with Maritime. The quote was transparent and detailed the work. We had a full roof replacement and gutters. I was concerned because we have several skylights but there was no need to worry. Everything is great! They were on time every day. The work was completed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up.

  I hired them for some roofing work, and they honestly did a great job. They were professional and got everything done quicker than I expected. The whole process was way way smoother than I thought it would be. Definitely recommend them.

  Bob, the owner of a Maritime Roofing, was excellent to deal with from start to finish of our project. Maritime handled more than just roofing for us--our 1901 house needed extensive repairs to fascia, barge boards, and demolition of a crumbling old chimney. Bob also organised full exterior painting, replacement of our front door and a window, and other works. Bob's communication was absolutely impeccable throughout including through the few unexpected challenges that repairing an old building brought up. We're very grateful to him and his entire team for all their hard work that has absolutely rejuvenated our house.

  I really don’t have the words to express my total gratitude about what Maritime did for me!!! I was in a position where I needed to get a few things done (in a hurry) to my house to renew my homeowners insurance and with my poor health I wasn’t able to do, they pulled through!! With that being said, I needed a new roof on my house (which recently started to leak) and my shed also gutters on my house. I also needed some paint work where it was pealing! They provided an all around incredible experience to take care of my needs which I am extremely grateful for!!!! Thank you soo much Maritime!! I have recommended you to several people!!!! I am extremely impressed with your professionalism and dedication to take care of your clients needs!!! I now have new homeowners insurance and life is great!!! Thank you again!!!

  I would recommend Maritime Roofing to anyone having roof problems. Based on a different roofer's analysis, I thought a new roof was necessary and was ready to proceed. But Maritime's inspection showed that there are still years of life. That's integrity, basically turning down the opportunity to reroof a house!

  Maritime Roofing and Construction did an outstanding job replacing my roof and installing new gutters. Everything was done professionally, on time, and at a competitive price. I give a special shout out to the crew for being able to work in tight spaces around my yard and being able to remove all the old roofing without damaging any plants or yard structures. The gutter installers were also able to remedy an issue I had with the sloping of one of my gutters. Thank you Bob and crew for your great work.

  I met with 5 different roofers for quotations and Bob from Maritime Roofing was the one I chose, he made the best recommendations for us and our needs, and his pricing was very reasonable compared to the others for the recommendations I received. It took a little while for us to obtain funding for the job, and Bob worked with us to meet our needs for scheduling. When the time came to install the roof the crew was very professional and quick. They kept the area neat and clean and did truly excellent on the small details that I know others could have missed. They are a great crew. I really like our new roof; it makes our house look a lot nicer and of course drier. I will recommend Maritime Roofing to anyone looking to have their roof replaced. Sincerely, Rob K
