Fred Meyer Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Fred Meyer Roofing.

Fred Meyer Roofing had installed torch down roofing on our park model. Within weeks of them installing the roofing we experienced multiple leaks. Twice we had to contact them to come back to fix said leaks. Both times they did so in a timely manner. I had received an email from FMR in which they placed fault with the contractor we hired that built the extension onto said park model, in which the torch down roofing was installed. Prior to FMR installing the roofing, we had not experienced any leaks. It was only after FMR had installed the new roofing did we have leaks. Also, attached should be an image of the caulking job they had done. I was very displeased with the haphazard look of the completed job. I understand it’s located in an area that’s not likely to be noticed by most, but I think they could have put more effort into matching the caulking with the surrounding area.

Roofing project was great from proposal to cleanup. FM roofing was timely, transparent on costs & potential extras, pleasant to work with, responsive, workers paid attention to safety & protection of landscaping, started & left on time each day, did a quality job, and finished the project early. I highly recommend them.
