  This roofing team was excellent to work with from start to finish. Jeffrey and Tucker were professional, responsive, and easy to talk with throughout the whole process. Their crew inspected the damaged roof area, took clear photos, explained the roofing problems in simple terms, and walked us through several repair options so we could choose what made the most sense for our home. The work was handled quickly and with great attention to detail, and the team kept us updated at each step. We especially appreciated how they took the time to answer questions about the shingles, flashing, and the source of the leak. After dealing with other roofers in the past, it was a relief to find a roofing company that stands behind its work and truly cares about quality service and customer satisfaction. They were dependable, honest, and very skilled, and the whole experience felt smooth and stress free. I would gladly recommend this roofer to friends and neighbors looking for reliable roof repair and professional service.

  We got several estimates for a roof replacement, and this roofing company stood out as the best choice. Logan was very responsive, easy to talk to, and answered all of our questions clearly. He also did a great job working around our schedule, which made the whole roofing process much easier. We moved forward with a full new roof, ridge vents, and new gutters. The roof crew and gutter crew were both friendly, professional, and respectful while on site. We also made a few gutter changes during the project and chose two colors to match the home better. We went with black gutters along the roofline to blend with the new black shingles, and white downspouts for a clean finished look. Everything turned out great, and the curb appeal improved right away. We are very happy with the quality of the roofing and gutter work and would highly recommend them.

  My dad and i first got to know Logan after a major storm damaged my dad’s roof, and we were very impressed with his professionalism and the quality of the roofing work. More recently, we worked with Caden on both my dad’s home and mine after separate storm damage affected our roofs and gutter systems. Even while handling many customers, Caden has always been very responsive to our questions and kept the repair process moving smoothly. He came out to both homes several times to meet with insurance adjusters, engineers, and the roofing crew, and he was always on time. My dad’s roof and gutters were replaced recently, and the contractors were efficient, hardworking, and well organized. The roofing team put in long hours to keep the project on schedule and complete the job quickly without cutting corners. The gutter installer also made sure everything was finished properly. i’ve been very impressed with Logan and Caden. They are knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They handle the behind-the-scenes details, help coordinate the roofing project well, and make the whole process much easier for the homeowner. eli and the crew did a great job, and i would highly recommend them for roof and gutter work after storm damage.

  Logan and his roofing crew, led by Ralph, did an excellent job replacing our roof. The quote was clear, fair, and very competitive, and they explained the roofing work in simple terms from the start. On install day, the team arrived on time, got right to work, and finished the full roof replacement in one day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. Any time I had questions about the shingles, decking, or flashing, they gave helpful answers and made sure our home stayed protected during the whole project. They also took cleanup seriously and even magnet swept the driveway, which I really appreciated. They found several damaged roof decking boards and replaced those bad sections before installing the new shingles, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. They also left some extra shingles and metal flashing for future repairs if ever needed. After the job was complete, Logan came back to inspect everything carefully and make sure the roof met his standards. We are very happy with the whole experience and would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Hollins who needs roof replacement or roofing repairs. 5 stars!

  Vargas Family Roofing Llc and the crew were a real breath of fresh air. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the whole roofing process felt smooth and professional. quality work, professionalism, and great roofing materials all the way through. They did exactly what was listed in the contract with no hassle, and they even went above and beyond when small issues came up during the job. tucker and melissa were wonderful to work with, and the rest of the crew was just as helpful.
