Vargas Brothers Roofers LLC

The only one or two-star review we hold for Vargas Brothers Roofers LLC.

I am not sure what is going on here. I called twice and my call was immediately transferred both times. First time was to some random resident who had no connection to the company or to the roofing business. I'm sure he thought I was a prank call. Second time was to another roofing company entirely. If Vargas has been bought out or is farming out its work to other companies, maybe it should say so on this Google business listing? The company I got transferred to was Arrington roofing. The person who answered had not heard of Vargas Brothers. Altogether a very confusing experience.

We recently used Vargas Brothers Roofers Llc for a full roof replacement on our home, so when my dad’s roof started leaking after strong storms, we knew who to call for roofing help. Eugene in the office was great to work with, kept us informed through every step, and made the whole process easy. The crew showed up on time, stayed professional, and handled everything with care from the first inspection to the final cleanup. Tyrone came out to inspect the roof and explained that there were multiple old roofing layers and that a past installer had not done the job the right way. He clearly walked us through the options for a roof repair or a full replacement, and we decided a new roof was the best long-term fix. The work was scheduled fast and finished before more stormy weather rolled in, which gave us real peace of mind. It was refreshing to work with a roofing team that communicated well, knew the trade, and stayed professional during every phase of the project. The new roof looks great, the workmanship feels solid, and we are very happy with the service and overall experience. This was a smooth, reliable roofing process from start to finish, and it easily earned a five-star rating from us.

I highly recommend Vargas Brothers Roofers Llc for roofing work. They were suggested to us by a respected builder for both new construction and remodel projects. Eugene met with us in person, looked over what we needed, and gave us a fair quote with a clear plan for replacing the roof, upgrading the gutters, and fixing animal damage around the chimney. We were added to the schedule quickly, and the whole roofing job was completed on time just as promised, with no surprises along the way. The crew was polite, skilled, and efficient, and they kept the work area organized while handling the tear-off, installation, and repairs. After the work was finished, Eugene walked the project with me, checked every detail, and made sure everything was completed properly. Our new roof looks excellent, the gutters work much better, and the chimney repair was done right. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and we would gladly use them again for future roofing needs.

When we needed a full roof replacement and new gutters, we contacted a few roofing contractors for estimates. This roofing team made time to meet with us quickly, inspect the roof, and clearly explain the roofing materials, scope of work, and the full installation process. Eugene and Shawn sat down with my wife and me and answered our questions in a simple, helpful way. We were very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and the care they showed from the start. Because of that great first experience, we chose them for the job at our home in Farmers Branch. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled the roof and gutter replacement with real skill. They kept the project organized, communicated well, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. We were especially pleased with how well they cleaned up after the work was finished, leaving the property neat and in great shape. Overall, the entire roofing experience was easy, professional, and well managed. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Farmers Branch who needs roof replacement, gutter work, or general roofing services. We cannot say enough good things about the staff and crew, and we truly appreciate the excellent job.

We had our roof replaced and chimney repair done by company: Vargas Brothers Roofers Llc, and the whole experience was excellent. From the moment eugene came by for the free estimate, we could tell we were working with real roofing professionals. We compared three estimates, and he was the only one who took the time to inspect the attic, closely check the roofing system, and take photos so we could clearly see the problem areas. He explained what needed to be done, answered many of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. We received the estimate by email, and shawn was always easy to reach when we needed more information. We also got updates at each stage of the project, which made the whole roof replacement process smooth and easy to understand. The crew completed the work in one day, and the workmanship on both the new roof and chimney repair was top quality. In the Texas heat, it gave us peace of mind knowing the roofing materials and ventilation were handled the right way. i really appreciated how professional, organized, and respectful everyone was. We highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or related roofing repairs.

My wife and I recently had our roof replaced after wind damage, and after reading strong reviews we chose Vargas Brothers Roofers Llc to handle the roofing work and new gutters too. From the start, David was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the whole roofing process. He explained each step clearly, helped make the insurance part much easier, and answered all of our questions right away. He also did a great job scheduling the roofing and gutter crews so everything moved smoothly. The roof crew was skilled, respectful, and worked efficiently. They completed the full roof replacement in one day and did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished. During the project, a heavy Texas rain shower came through while the old roofing had already been removed down to the decking, and some interior ceiling damage happened inside our home. David quickly took care of it and arranged for the repair crew to come out and fix the issue fast, which we really appreciated. The gutter crew also finished in one day and did excellent work. Our new roof and gutters look great, and the whole experience was handled with care, good communication, and solid workmanship. We are very happy with the results in Farmers Branch and would absolutely give this team a five-star rating.

We had a great experience with david and his crew for our roofing and exterior work in Farmers Branch. We hired them for roof repair, gutter replacement, exterior prep and paint, and some trim fixes around the house. All the work was completed with strong attention to detail, and the finished roofline and drainage looked very clean and solid. The crew arrived on time each morning, stayed productive through the day, and took time to answer our questions in a clear way. david was easy to work with, and his suggestions about the roof repair, gutter flow, and exterior updates were very helpful. Pricing was fair, communication was smooth, and the quality of the work went beyond what we expected. We are very happy with the results and would gladly hire them again for future roofing or exterior projects.
