  I am very picky, detail focused, and quick to notice any issues, so it says a lot that Vargas & Sons Roofing Company went beyond what I expected. Kingston was excellent from start to finish and made our roofing project feel like a top priority. His customer care was outstanding, and he helped us through the insurance claim process in a way that felt honest and easy to understand. At no point did we feel pressured into extra work or materials we did not need. He clearly cared about doing the job right and making sure we were fully satisfied. The crew handled our roof, siding, gutters, and windows efficiently and kept the property impressively clean at the end of each day, which made the whole project feel much less stressful than I expected. The workmanship and roofing materials really improved the look and protection of our home, and the final result turned out even better than we had hoped. When a small leak showed up during the siding replacement process, they responded right away, fixed it quickly, repaired the affected areas inside, and took care of everything at no extra cost. That level of service and accountability is hard to find. Our home looks fantastic now, and I am genuinely thrilled with the entire experience.

  After a big wind storm, a few shingles came off my roof, and I noticed a roofing crew working on a nearby home the next morning. I asked Kingston a few questions, and he kindly patched the damaged area that same day and then put together a quote for a full roof replacement soon after. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the roofing work was outstanding. They paid close attention to every detail, protected my property during the job, and kept the work area clean.   Donald, who is no longer with the company, did an excellent job explaining our full roof replacement and the repair of a front gutter that had been damaged by a tree. The roofing crew delivered strong workmanship, and the roof and gutter system have performed well. Later on, I learned that the new gutter had been installed without a gutter guard, and because it sits high above the ground, it was not easy to notice right away. After I had it cleaned, the company explained that gutters and gutter covers are separate roofing and gutter items and are priced separately. Once I brought it to their attention, the owner responded quickly, apologized, clarified the difference for future customers, and reimbursed me for the gutter cleaning cost. I appreciated that they stood behind their roofing and gutter work, addressed the concern professionally, and took steps to improve communication. Overall, I am pleased with the way they handled the situation and with the quality of the roof replacement and gutter service.

  Donald did an excellent job on our roofing project. He replaced the full house roof, carport roof, and garage roof with quality GAF shingles, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. He also worked directly with the insurance company, clearly showing the hail damage and explaining what was needed, which made a big difference in getting the claim approved. He upgraded our gutter guards with a much better system than the old one, and now everything drains the way it should. Donald stayed involved the entire time, spending time on the roof and at the job site to make sure every part of the installation was done the right way. His workmanship, communication, and attention to detail really stand out. In Cincinnati, it is important to have a strong roofing system that can handle storms, wind, and changing weather, and this crew delivered exactly that. The new shingles, flashing, and gutter protection all look great and give us real peace of mind. Any future roof work on our home will absolutely go to Donald.   Vargas & Sons Roofing Company went far beyond what we expected from a roofing contractor. After a storm left several holes in our roof, we needed a fast temporary repair while we waited for the insurance inspection. A friend helped us get in touch with Jack, and he called the same day, arranged for a crew to come out quickly, and had the roof patched so it would not leak any more. Once the insurance process was moving forward, we decided to replace the whole roof and add new gutters too. As soon as we said we were ready, everything moved fast, and the new roof and gutter installation were completed much sooner than we expected. Jack was excellent from start to finish. He was honest, clear, and easy to talk with, and he kept us updated through each step of the roofing work. The crew showed real skill, worked hard, and paid attention to the details on both the roof replacement and the gutter job. They made a stressful situation much easier, especially after storm damage had already caused so many problems. The workmanship looks great, the roof feels solid and dependable, and the gutters were installed neatly and professionally.   i had a leak on my roof, and kingston fixed it quickly and did a great job. kingston is always quick to respond and really knows what he's doing. his prices are honest and reasonable, not like other roofers who charge a lot just to take a look. the quote he gave me made sense and there were no surprises. the quality of his work is excellent. he also took the time to show me pictures of my roof and explained what materials he would use and what steps he would take to repair it. i would recommend kingston to anyone who needs a roofer, and i will definitely call him again if i have any more roof issues.
