The DISRESPECT shown by this company ensures I will NEVER do business with them and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

They replced my roof during a rain storm! I had a leak inside my home! They did not complete the work stated in my insurance claim. They did discount the price abit. It did not take into account my time to get a contactor out to complete the work. Then they sent me an invoice for over our agreed pricing! Do not use these folks!

Great experience, all details, good people skilled polite and efficient. very responsive and helpful with extras on job, great attitudes at all times. We live in the country but they happily spent time and incredible care in tarping and clean up. My roof looks great , every detail . It is refreshing to know at this day and age that there are still companies like Valor that care and take the time to do it right.

Met with Zachary and he inspected my roof and found a few nails sticking out on my sky lights. He did not charge me and said roof was in good condition. Will keep Valor in mind when I need some work to be completed on my roof in the future. Thank you Zachary.

My roof was the bane of my existence every time it rained and I had no way to cover the cost of a new roof. Enter Valor and Brandon Monaghan. Brandon worked with my insurance to get my roof replaced at very little cost to me. Brandon was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. He showed up to make sure that the work was done right and he was there to meet with the adjuster to make sure they understood the issues. Honestly, I would have been lost without Brandon's help and persistence. The crew did fantastic and thorough work. When new issues were discovered, Brandon again worked with my insurance to make sure it was all covered. I am beyond thankful for their superior customer service and for Brandon's ability to show my roof the attention it desperately needed. I would 1000% recommend this company. They figure it out and they get it done!

Top notch service and excellent quality. Brandon responded to every call, from beginning to end of the whole process, promptly, and when we had a pipe fail, he showed up literally within 30 minutes to fix it. Valor Contracting rep Zach Radmal was the primary rep for Valor during our roof replacement project. There were some minor glitches (not unexpected) but Zach surmounted these in every instance. No problem recommending Valor or Zach.
