Would not recomend them at all

I’m truly sorry you were dissatisfied with the service we provided. We worked with Jon for a long time and fought his insurance company for free until we got him a full roof replacement. Unfortunately, his policy only paid for actual cash value so we couldn’t replace the entire roof. He chose the sections he wanted to replace and we did those for him. We tried to get him financing with two other companies, but could not get him approved. We tried everything we could to get all of his roof replaced. He also wanted to upgrade to metal instead of shingles, which is obviously an additional cost. To summarize, we were able to get Jon half of his roof replaced and upgraded to metal without him paying a single dollar so I’m not sure what the downside for him was.

Red Dirt Roofing – Honest, Skilled, and Customer-First When we discovered our roof was leaking due to broken seals around the plumbing pipes, I called three different roofing companies for estimates. Red Dirt stood out from the beginning—not just for giving us the lowest bid, but for being refreshingly honest. Unlike others who pushed for a full roof replacement, Red Dirt explained that our metal roof, only five years old, was still in great shape. They recommended removing the panels, installing a proper vapor seal underneath (which had never been done), and then reinstalling the same roof. It was the right solution—and it saved us $14,000. But here’s what really impressed me: during the roof removal, one of the vent pipes separated at a joint—something hidden beneath the roof, invisible to anyone at the time. We didn’t even notice it until several weeks later. When I called Red Dirt, they came out right away, took a look, and without any defensiveness or excuses, simply said, “We’ll take care of it.” And they did—no hassle, no charge. That kind of integrity is rare. Red Dirt operates by the golden rule—do unto others as you would have them do unto you. They treat customers the way they’d want to be treated if the roles were reversed. And that’s exactly how business should be done. If you’re looking for roofers who are not only skilled but honest, fair, and deeply respectful of their customers—call Red Dirt. I’d give them ten stars if I could. Steve Teske

Project managers Jesse & Daniel took the time to explain the process of installing our new roof shingling and water damage repairs. Red Dirt also helped me navigate the insurance paperwork without any hassle. I highly recommend Red Dirt Construction to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy, high-quality roofing contractor.

Red Dirt Construction has installed two metal roofs, and they turned out just as they said. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, and were good at what they were doing. They took the time to explain and questions that I might have. Pleased with the work, would refer them to anyone.
