Fast response to make an inspection for my roofing needs but after waiting a full week for the estimate I signed with a different company. Disappointed

JR roofing did an excellent job on my mom’s house In pinetop/lakeside.She wasn’t going to make it through another winter. Rain Hail snow and winds over the years had done its damage. start to Finnish JR and Angela accommodated my moms needs, JR meeting the insurance inspector to tar-ping part of the roof to stop a leak before we started. To final inspection. Angela ordered materials scheduled delivery/start date. Along with all new shingles and drip edge they replaced all the damaged plywood that you can’t see until the shingles are off at a very reasonable price. Thankyou. All of JR’s crew was polite fast and efficient as well. Two full long days brand new roof. Impressive.

JR was awesome. Kept us informed along the way. Was here when he said they would be and did a wonderful job on the new roof! This is the 2nd time we have used his company and would highly recommend to anyone.

JR Roofing replaced our hail- and water- damaged 4000 sq, foot, roof Including the wood underlayment. Their estimate was reasonable, and they worked directly with our insurance company to make the process easy. The crew completed the job in two days, and we are pleased with the results. JR was pleasant to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire project. I would recommend them as your next roofer.

Experience with JR was just awesome from the start. I did a lot of homework and engaged with several roofing companies. I was so disappointed with dealing with “salesmen” who knew nothing about the details of replacing a roof. JR was …

We had JR Roofing & Exteriors replace the roof on both our home and shop, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, everyone on their team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer our questions and made us feel confident that our home was in good hands. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail really shows. The crew was exceptional—every single person worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived until the job was done. Not once did we see anyone standing around; everyone had a purpose and took pride in their work. They also treated our property with great care, making sure it was thoroughly cleaned of nails and debris before they left. It’s rare to find a crew with that level of dedication and professionalism, and it certainly did not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality roofing company. Thank you to the entire JR Roofing & Exteriors team for giving us a roof we can be proud of for years to come!

We called the office and JR scheduled a time for an estimate quickly. We knew we needed the entire roof to be reroofed. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained all the products and the procedure with us. His price was great and we hired them to replace our roof. Communication was good throughout the entire process. Clean up was immaculate and it looked like no one had ever been there. The roof looks great and we would definitely recommend JR roofing to anyone who needs roof work done.

I needed to get a new roof on my house before I could get Solar before the end of the year. JR Roofing gave me the best Customer Service and most conscientious work on my roof. They were timely and got my roof taken care of within two weeks! They were able to find and fix long-term problems that had to do with my HVAC system, as well. They also gave me the best quote. I recommend JR Roofing highly.
