  BEWARE! 4.9 stars?! This company has single-handedly destroyed any stock I've ever put in reviews. Wanted $26,000 to replace my roof with shingles. 1500 sq ft house. Had them just reroof the problem section above an addition about 500 sq ft. There was one leak before they did their thing. They did a horrible job. I have a hard time even believing all these reviews about them doing great work is for the same company that did this garbage work. Crooked rolled roofing. No flashing around skylight or chimney, just caulk. Couldn't get the new roofing under the old without breaking the old so they just caulked that too! Just so happens to be a foot above one of the new leaks that started the first rain after they finished. Should be ok there's a year warranty right? Ya that's a joke. Jacob came out and pointed some machine up in my attic and said it must be leaking from higher up on my roof, so I should've paid the 26k like he said. But since he's a nice guy he went up and put some more caulk on it. Next time it rained it leaked in 2 new spots. Tried to get him to make it right but just got denials of any responsibility. Here we are about a year later and this last rain we had 4 leaks that weren't there before Slade Roofing was here. I've gone up in the attic and felt all around above the area they worked on and there is no water running down to there or no water anywhere except where they worked. No way these people are only ripping me off. This 4.9 rating seems like a good ole boys club to me. The crew that did the job was supposed to be done in like 4 hrs and it took like 12. He was arguing with his boss about how long it was taking telling him do you want it done right or not? Then hurriedly left without even picking up the little roofing nails all over the roof and yard, said he'd be back to clean them up and never did. So for $4,000 I got a few extra leaks in my roof and a hassle. Worst I've ever been robbed in my life!

  Slade Roofing did my roof last year. I recently had a very bad leak in my roof. Mario came out with some guys and Mario was nice to my face but once he went outside front to talk to the crew he must have thought I wasn’t there but I heard all the trash talk he was saying to the crew about me. Horrible customer service is what I’d say Slade Roofing has. They have truly showed their true colors when it comes to actually taking care of their customers.

  Don't use these guys. They put a tarp on the house, did more damage with the nails they put in. Shotty work

After successfully securing your claim approval, you chose to stop responding and move forward without us. Regarding the temporary tarp, it was installed to prevent further damage while waiting for insurance approval—a standard practice in roofing. Any minor nail holes from the tarp would have been fully addressed during the approved replacement process, had we been given the opportunity to complete the job. We take pride in our workmanship and customer service, and we always stand by the quality of our work. If there was ever a concern, we would have been happy to discuss and resolve it. We wish you the best with your roofing project. As a reminder using insurance funds intended for your roof for other purposes is insurance fraud. To clarify for you and future customers: In 2022, after reviewing your roof and the applicable building codes, we informed you that we would not be able to take on your project, and we explained why (your roof slope was not suitable for metal roofing and we do not install foam roofs). We also sent you a written notice at that time, wishing you success with another contractor. When you reached out again in 2024, our team reiterated that we could not take on your roof project, as it would not meet our standards or code requirements. We believe in doing every job the right way or not at all. It appears there was some confusion due to a new team member who was not aware of the prior history. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We understand that it is disappointing not to receive the answer you hoped for. However, at Slade Roofing, we believe in full honesty rather than overpromising or moving forward with a project we know would not serve the customer well in the long term.   They asked for pictures of my house. Then told me someone else who used to work for them is good at metal roofing. That person asked for more pictures. I just went ahead and hired another company all together.

  They did a good job of getting the job done. But when they did the flashings around the skylights they dropped enough tar paper, dirt and wood chips, that it took 2hours to vacuum and clean all the furniture. I was shocked, because we could have put a tarp over everything and I wouldn't have had to write this review

  We had a terrible storm and flash flooding in Holbrook. Slade Roofing, out of Pinetop, were moving through town and helping people. Had my leak patched at no charge. This is my first interaction with this company and I'm blown away with how amazing it was. With a special thanks to Rachel for fixing our leak.

  The team at Slade roofing did an amazing job. I called and got same day service. We had some roof tile damage from the wind and improper installation of the original roof tiles. They went out and gave an estimate and it was repaired with in two days! Great communication and service at a great price! If I or may family ever has a roof issue Slade Roofing is the my go to company. Thank guys!

  Jordan was great to work with. He communicated well with us about everything that was going on. Kept us updated with pictures and texted status updates.   Jordan Beals responded to my call to inspect my roof. Prior to the visit, two other companies had looked at my roof and both pointed out some issues that needed repair and they gave me verbal estimates. Jordan looked at the issues, went to his truck and came back with a hammer and caulking gun. The problems were resolved in 15 minutes. No charge!
