  New roof. Different profile. "Dropped tiles" in front while we were out of town. Broken tiles when we returned. Put tiles up OVER the downspouts. Fixed it. "Valley " created leak in M shower and wall. Ceiling collapsed into shower. Fixed that. What a nightmare. Did a lot of research. Not happy.

  We called Heritage when we discovered a leak on our 16 year old tile roof. Tony, our salesman informed us that our original roof had the wrong underlayment for tile and that the first three courses were not nailed down, causing the time to shift. He told us that the entire roof should be replaced. We were impressed by him and the reviews we had read, so we used Heritage. The installation was quite a different experience. We were told our job would take 4-5 days to complete. It took three weeks. Several days no one showed up and no notice was given. Our garage was blocked for two weeks by their massive dumpster that was full after the first few days, but not emptied. Our home was strewn with roofing debris and fast food containers. We never had the foreman return to the job unless we called to complain. My 78 year old husband had to get up on a ladder to point out all the issues with the installation. There were two courses of tile missing on the roof, roof vents were not secured and flapping in the wind, and flashing was not properly installed. Our rock wall was damaged and a landscaping light was destroyed by the workers. And to add insult to injury, we wrote the owner, and have never received a reply. This was a very expensive job, and it was truly the worst construction project I’ve ever witnessed.

  Poor workmanship on 1st application. Damaged roof on second try. Created leak that was left unprepared during rainy season. Questioned my veracity despite photo evidence. Little to no oversight of worker.

  If you're looking for unprofessional these guys are the right choice. Had an appointment set up for them to come give me an estimate, they were an hour late and when I text them to see if they were still coming they said yes they were in at appointment but they were on their way. Ok.. fine. Came and looked at my roof, never heard from them again. When I texted to get an update, see if they could take on the job, they straight up ignoring me. At least tell me that it's not a job you want to take on, ignoring potential clients is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will make sure to not recommend this company to anyone who asks. Terribly terribly unprofessional!

  We've had roofing services before and no one beats the experience we had with Heritage Roofing. They were FANTASTIC from beginning to end - spending lots of time on the phone with us (we were out of town) to explain what we needed, the installation process, the warranty, etc. and made us feel 100% confident. They went the extra mile to source the product we needed and kept us apprised throughout the entire roofing process-- especially as the schedule slipped due to weather. They even sent us drone photos afterwards to show us what an excellent job they had done with the roof. The staff in the office are equally professional, friendly, and flexible and we can't recommend them highly or often enough. We will call them in the future for ALL our roofing needs!

  Heritage Roofing is top notch, professional and courteous. Alejandro came out to do some minor repairs and he was outstanding. You can’t ask for a better company to deal with.   I received a brand new roof install and cannot say enough good things about the entire process. From start to finish it was seamless. Alejandro came by first and did the full inspection of the roof he made sure to take pictures to show me everything that was happening and all damages that concerned him he was very friendly he made sure I understood the next steps of the process. Within one week I chose shingles. The shingles were delivered timely, within 2 business days. I then received a call from Caleb that the crew could be there today if that was ok. Caleb checked in to discuss the process and what would happen next he also checked the roof out after the install to verify the install was done fully. Once the roofing crew was on sight Jose made a point to introduce himself and was very professional in communicating the details of next steps and etc. The crew placed plastic around the entire premises and finished my roof from start to finish in 1 1/2 days. I was very impressed with the professionalism with a well balanced friendliness. Just a wonderful experience all the way around. From every team member and crew to the good quality work that was done. 100% recommend this roofing company to anyone. If you need a new roof or anything pertaining to the roof this is the place to go. They made you feel and know you can trust them to finish the process in a timely manner, with great materials and a knowledgeable professional team. They have an exceptional warranty backing up there work.

  This company did a full replacement on my concrete tiled roof and I could not be happier. The installers (Mario and his brother) were professional, quiet, clean, and very skilled and the foreman (Austin) was incredible and on top of the entire project. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing. They completely outperformed my expectations.

  Alejandro, came out for an inspection of our roof. He was on time and very professional. He answered questions I had related to other roofing at other addresses as well and was very knowledgeable.   The bid went smoothy. The office communication was fast and friendly. The shingle installation with Caleb's skilful management was perfectly done and beautiful. Finally, a thick silicon coating was added to my porch overhang by Alejandro Fiffield who is a skilled specialist with the medium. I will surely recommend Heritage Roofing to my family and friends for their roof needs.

  We had an exceptional experience with Heritage Roofing, who just completed some roofing repairs for us, including replacing broken tiles and cleaning out debris. They called prior to arrival and showed up right on time. Andrew explained the entire process clearly and kept us well informed throughout the job. It was obvious he wanted to ensure we were satisfied with their work. He and Gerardo did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were finished. We are extremely pleased with their service and professionalism and would highly recommend this company!
