  We've had 2 roof replacements due to hail damage from Arrow. We have had on the most recent roof loose shingles 2 separate time. Came out quickly and repaired. The first time we were charged $350. On the second repair (a different place than the first repair) the guy said there was no charge because it was under warranty and I said why were we charged before and he said he didn't know but shouldn't have been. The second time they also took one of the shingles that needed repairing and said they would sent it down to manufacturer to see if they were defective shingles. That was apparently never done. This has been several months now-at least 4- and in that time I have contacted Gregg (estimator/claims specialist) and he has actually returned a couple of my calls. I have called Rich the production manager at least twice to no avail or return call. I have called Middleton, the GM at least twice to no avail and no return call. I have called DJ the repair guy and no return call. I was also in the office once bc that wanted a copy of my original paperwork. Not happy with being charged while it was still under warranty and horrible follow up when an arose.

  From the start of this job, which was delayed by 5 months to the end of the job, which took another 3 months , this company was a nightmare to deal with. Signed the contract in October and didn't start the job until March. Then once the job started they wanted to replace flashing that was not the correct size. They cut into the stucco of the house an then tried to repair it which didn't look or match the same as it previously looked (stucco up to high). Once we battled that situation and they finally fixed it correctly. The paint (Our paint) was spilled on the new roof tiles, which took another month to get those fixed and the paint redone to actually look like the rest of the house. Then got our final bill and went to pay the bill and they said I owed another $800.00 due to material costs going up, which was not my issue but their issue due to the time it took to get the job even started. The whole job was a disaster from start to finish. I will never use or refer anyone to this company. Update 10-15-23 The remaining balance has been mailed, but with a lot of resentment. Again your response show your unprofessional behavior . We still have not heard from the owner as requested many months ago.

  Very rude and unprofessional, ask me if he could go up and check my roof and I said no because I was not informed of the appointment and that he had this cocky attitude, his remarks were "Well I'm glad you're moving" Wow, what a way to earn your business. Oh, by the way his name is Charlie. What a winner!

  They have knocked on my door several times even though I have a very detailed NO SOLICITING sign on my front door. They drive around the neighborhood weekly and keep doing the same thing. This is getting ridiculous

  Very Unprofessional! Made an appointment to complete a roof for a patio cover, yes, small job and apparently not big enough for Dehon. 9-7-22 said they would arrive on 9-19-22 to complete this job. No time was given for the start time. No show, no call. After several hours of trying to find out what happened told that "everything changed at 6:00 this morning". Still no call, not even a courtesy explaining the situation. Originally contacted Arrow Roofing in July and told to wait until September to arrange for the day the roof would be installed. Arranging your life around appointments such as this can be difficult for the customer as well. Just another typical, make an appointment but just another 'no show' company. Still unprofessional and still a no show. It shouldn't take several hours to find our what happened. Your customers have busy lives as well and can't drop everything last minute to accommodate you. Reschedule? With one no show in the books why chance it again?

  Surveyed our roof for repair advised we’d have a quote in less than a week. After multiple calls and them stalling for four weeks, We received a voicemail message stating they are too busy “months out” and we would NOT be receiving a quote. Don’t waste your time with this company! Very unresponsive and unprofessional!

  Colby was informative, answered all questions, and provided feedback. The tearout, and replacement went flawlessly. The bid from Arrow was a few thousand over the lowest bid (total of 5), but they met the lowest. Could not be happier with the work provided by all the company personnel. I provided before (with clay tile) and after.

  We hired arrow roofing to install additional vents in our attic and two solar tubes in our living room. The crew arrived on time and were courteous and respectful of our home. Not only did they cover all the furniture and the floor in the living room, but they also made tunnels out of the plastic tarp that extended from the ceiling to the floor to eliminate any dust. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and we didn’t even need to vacuum the floor. A great experience from start to finish and we highly recommend arrow roofing.

  Had terrible monsoons and shingles came off roof. Called arrow roofing and they came out immediately gave me a estimate and next day crew cane out and took care of it.wonderful service would highly recommend them.

  Arrow Roofing was right on top of things once we called them they took care of getting us an estimate quickly and once the job was scheduled it only took them a day and a half to complete the tear off and re shingle the whole unit which is a three unit apartment we're very happy with the service that Arrow Roofing gave us.
