Local business, able to do small repairs. They were able to help me fix a few messed up shingles from a fallen tree branch problem. Good work, fair pricing, but poor communication/coordination. No text updates, no "here's who's expected to come to your house and at this time", no email appointment confirmations, no letting me know "sorry, we'll have to reschedule tomorrow", no "we'll be right back after I restock my materials", and my estimator never showed up so I had to send pictures out to the company three separate times. Every update and confirmation that I got was because I called the front office to ask for an update, and Danielle was super helpful and nice, but it shouldn't be my duty as the customer to bother the office manager everytime I want to know what the plan is.

Brandon, I apologize if you believe our communication was not up to your standard, but as you stated, The Work was good, and the Price was fair. We pride ourselves on trying to work with our customers that require exact time frames, but as you know, not everything in the construction business works out that way. Our Repairman showed up to his appointment that you requested, 15 minutes early, and was told that he was not needed on site until the following day. When he returned, the shingle colors that you approved and was in your email conformation, did not match. In order to uphold our standards, he was advised to correctly match your shingles so you would not have two different color shingles on your roof. I once again apologize if you believe we should have communicated more with you, but I am pleased that the work was good quality, and you are happy with the pricing.

Really happy with the roof repair Valley Ridge Roofing did for us in Palm Bay, Florida. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up on time, got the repair done quickly, and the pricing was very affordable compared to other roofing companies we called. If you need roof repairs, storm damage repair, shingle roofing, tile roofing, metal roofing, or commercial roofing in Palm Bay or anywhere in Brevard County, I definitely recommend Valley Ridge Roofing LLC. Honest people, quality work, and great communication throughout the whole process.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when we decided to put the new roof on, but Jim, my sales rep made it real easy. He went through the whole process step-by-step and sure enough that’s the way it went. The crew was fantastic, very professional. …

Valley ridge did a great job installing our new standing seam metal roof. The quality of the work was top notch with attention to detail. I could really tell that the installers cared about their work. They were kind and willing to answer any of our questions. I appreciate they clean up to the best of their ability. The pricing was fair for quality metal.

Tony is the owner. He came out and sized up the job with excellence ordering the correct amount roofing with almost no waste. He sent out Kenny and 3 other men who did a beautiful 2 day job on installing Teal aluminum metal roofing. The first day they worked from 8:00 A.M. to 8 P.M. and quit because of darkness. It was a great experience! I can't price the job as Tony did the job at the request of my outstanding contractor - Skyden Contractors, Inc. Tony also insured all waste materials were promptly hauled away.
