  HORRIBLE experience. A week long job took over 3 months and they damaged a lot of my property and the caps of my roof are ugly! Go with another company! The warranty is not worth it! Photos of debris, cigar buttons left by employees, as well as damage to my pool screen during the SUMMER LONG PROJECT that didn't allow me to use my pool. DO NOT BUY YOUR ROOF FROM HIPPO!!!

  We had a very bad experience with this company. Unprofessional and very poor communication. After recieving a quote, we signed a contract. The materials were delivered on the roof. No roofers showed up the day they were scheduled to place the roof. They postponed the start date. There was no communication about when the project would start. 3 weeks after the heavy pallets of materials sat on the roof, I finally got a hold of someone from the company who said the crew they wanted to use was no longer available to do the job because of other contracts they had. They came and picked up the materials after the complaint was made. They never followed through with thier contract. Also, when you call the company they use AI and there is no way to speak to anyone. Terrible experience. We may have further damage due to materials sitting on the roof for 3 weeks. No accountability or attempt to make things right. We Do not reccomend this company!! Go somewhere else

  ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** I’ve never written a negative review before, but I feel I owe this warning to my fellow Brevard County residents. We paid this company over a thousand dollars to repair a small roof leak, and after seven separate attempts, our roof is still leaking in the exact same spot. When I called for the eighth time to report that the leak continued even after their most recent “fix”, the operations manager took zero responsibility for failing to repair the leak after so many attempts. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. It is clear that Hippo Roofing is not capable and is more interested in simply getting paid than in actually doing effective quality work. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Save your money.

We offered to perform a water test to pinpoint exactly where the water is entering , since the home has multiple roof systems, and that offer still stands at no cost to you.   Have them out like a month ago to give me a free estimate of my roof. Had issues in two places that needed to be addressed fixed. I've asked like three times from one of the representatives from the company to send me the email with the information of what needs to be fixed so we can move ahead. I called the office and they said I will send it right away I still have never gotten it. I live in a condo the HOA is responsible for that If I don't have the documentation to show what's wrong with the roof I can't get it fixed. Needless to say they haven't called me or reached out to even try to do the work and get the job. I don't trust him now so I'll use another roofer to get it fixed

  Bought a house with a metal roof roof that was installed by this company not two years before purchase. However, the roof has sprang frequent leaks. Called them for assistance but they refused because the warranty I had was conveniently missing a page mentioning the need to transfer the warranty to my name after receiving it.

  I had a roof replacement by hippo roofing and it came out excellent job was done as expected clean up was perfect the salesman Mickey was very professional polite and followed up on the whole job until it was finished.

  If you are in search for a roofing company that puts Service into their Customer Service priorities, look no further than Hippo Roofing. From the first phone call inquiry to the sales presentation(Tim) to the beginning tear off and dry in(coordinated by production manager Juan, to constant assistance for day to day coordination Pellar, to the hardest working dedicated team of installers (8-12 workers) for 4 days, this company hand crafted the most magnificent metal roof Ihave ever seen. My expectations were not only met but exceeded. Any concern we during the entire process, IMMEDIATELY. Every inquiry was answered within minutes of our phone conversations/text. Not once did a communication not be addressed. Everyone was extremely responsive. On the final day the salesman, assistant production manager as well as the production manager came by to see if there were any any concerns or needs in regard to completed roof. I would not hesitate recommending Hippo roofing to anyone in need of a roof. The entire proceed was clear everything they said they would do they did. On time, on budget. Great experience. Our new roof is the crown jewel in our neighborhood!

  We are very pleased with our new Hippo roof! We looked into a few companies and chose Hippo, after seeing a family member’s new roof by Hippo. The entire process took 14 days to complete! Our salesman was very accommodating to our schedules, informative, and diligent in addressing our concerns and going over all of our available options. Our property was visited daily by the supervisor, sometimes twice, ensuring everything was being expedited properly. The roofers were courteous, kept our property clean daily, and even went out of their way to do a double sweep for debris after our roof was completed. The open communication with our assigned super was great & his follow-up was quick, even after our roof was completed. Any issues or questions we had were discussed and handled promptly. Everything we needed to submit to our insurance company to update our policy & rates was provided, making that process a breeze, too. The solar attic fan we had installed has given us an average savings of $15/month with FPL, and we’re excited to see how much it will save us during the brutal summer months. Last but definitely not least, Hippo’s referral program promise was kept with a check being hand-delivered to our referring family member.

  After a detailed comparison of roofing companies, we decided to go with Hippo Roofing Co.,and we are very happy with our decision. A big reason for that was Scotty from the sales team.   Seems like a good company but whoever was driving the company truck in Indian River today on Babcock St. at 10:50 am needs to learn to have an ash tray in their car or stop smoking. Unless they want to continue throwing their cigarettes out the company truck window

  Tried 4 different roofers in area they where the only ones that would replace my roof it had special circumstances. They did a fantastic job would highly recommend this company did have a leak but they cameout in the rain the same day and found it! Thanks you hippo roofing
