  You’re going to kill somebody with your driving. Instead of stopping for a stop sign this guy decides to speed up, run the stop sign and cut in front of traffic on a 55mph road (sr44), about causing a multi car pileup. Driver then proceeds to swerve all over the road, like he was drunk. Not a great way to represent your company.

  Only work with them if you want them to leave trash around your home everywhere. Wouldn't want someone who can't read redo my roof.

  Asmr, it’s our goal to leave a clean environment at your home when we complete a new roof. If there was debris left behind we would be glad to send someone by to do a thorough cleaning. We can not locate an account under the name used on this review. Please contact our office so we can properly and quickly assist you. As for the reading abilities of the teams installing roofs - we do not and will not require them to read English. Our requirement is that they expertly remove and install roofing material. The work they perform is admirable and challenging in the heat and the cold. We commend them for their hard work and couldn’t provide the services we do without them!

  I would not recommend RoofClaim to anyone after my experience with them. I am a huge fan of google reviews and this is how I find most of my services so when I find a service I appreciate I try to leave a positive review for them. This is not one of those times. I do not know if I just had one off bad experience but I do believe in leaving reviews based on my personal experience. Kept asking me about going through my homeowners insurance even when I initially said that I did not want to make a claim since I have had multiple inspectors look over my roof and they have all said that they did not see any damage that would warrant making a claim with my insurance company. When I asked for the type of shingle that would be used and if they would be using the manufacturer recommended nails I was told that information would be too expensive to provide to each homeowner. When I got the estimate it was $3,000 - $4,000 more than every other roofing company I received estimates from. I was told that if I approved RoofClaim going through my homeowners insurance, and if that insurance was denied, I would get a cash discount off my price, but the exact amount of that discount could not be provided at the time of the estimate. Over $200 per sheet of plywood after the first one where the other companies estimate provided up to 3 sheets and about $75 per additional sheet after the first 3. I expected a lot more from a 4.9 star company with 1,500 reviews.

It appears the representative that worked with you did not meet the RoofClaim standard, as much of the information you provided is inaccurate. We will use your feedback as a training opportunity to prevent another experience like this in the future. We always inform our homeowners of the material that will be used on their roof. However, we do offer products from different manufacturers so we would not be able to provide exact manufacturer recommendations until you selected your replacement shingle choice and you did not make it to that part of the process. We provided you a quote at your request, and we are sorry that it was not lower than other options you found. We strive to offer top notch service, material and industry leading speed of service, unfortunately we can't also be the cheapest in every circumstance. We price our estimates accordingly with our costs associated with business. We apologize you were not satisfied with your experience and hope you'll reconsider us for your roofing needs in the future.

  I was walked thru various sites for rating by sales for 5 stars. This is an edit. I was told I had hail damage, which I did not. Salesman said if I was turned down by insurance that he would work with me to figure out financing or something. After he was told the insurance denied the claim, I never heard from him again. I was threatened with losing my insurance due to roof’s age and was terrified I would be left without insurance. He gave me hope, then hung me out to dry. Would NEVER use this company. Too bad… they lost out on a sale.

  Not as helpful as previously thought … Kevin is quick to ask for that 5 star review ASAP but nothing got done … at first there is a lot of talk about help and if this doesn’t work we will try another way don’t worry … God sent me to you ..yeah he actually said this… but after the first no ….. you will be ghosted … good luck !

  Do not use this company !! I would not recommend this company to anyone I know . Terrible customer service and quality of work. They use the cheapest of the cheapest companies to subcontract the work out to . I’ve found many many nails after the project was completed and many more to this day everytime it storms and is windy out . They damaged three of my security cameras as well and deny that they did the damage! Stay away from this company!

  They started off well, but became less supportive after the deal was done. They always have a reason to squeeze more money from the insurance company without guaranteeing the interests of the customer and try to justify the previous statement with other reasons. Because they don't have to worry about not getting the money, and it is hard to contact the person in charge again.

  Kevin came did a professional inspection of my entire roof, he went on the roof found the damage shingles took pictures and showed it to me. Unlike the previous inspector he actually went on the roof and showed me what he found. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a roof inspection.

  roof claim got me a roof replaced after two failed attempts when trying on my own sent droin for inspection photos and worked with my insurance to get fully replaced did great work with install and would highly recommend

  We had our roof replaced on August 18, 2025 due to hail damage. We worked with Ismaldo Rodriguez in the process and he was very pleasant and awesome to work with. The roofers did an outstanding job on the roof and replaced everything in one day and picked up all trash in the same day. We are very happy with this company.

  We came back to RoofClaim after 5 years because my father was so pleased with their work the first time. Living in Florida with hurricanes and hail, his roof needed attention again, and once more, they did an amazing job! A huge thank you to Izy Rodriguez, who helped us both times. He is truly the best consultant, professional, kind, and dedicated to getting everything done on time for my father’s home.
