They didn’t recommend necessary upgrades to my new roof that would have been beneficial to me.

You want a company that has no regards for your neighbors or courtesy this is the company for you. Scraping a roof off and throwing it into a dumpster at 6:00 a.m. when people are trying to sleep is diabolical. Very inconsiderate and self-centered.

We were more than pleased with Jake and his craftsmanship. We had a skylight removed and closed up. You can’t even tell it was ever there. We have already reached out for additional quotes on other work we need done. Would 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience with Superior One Roofing, and I especially want to recognize Mike Miller, the salesperson who worked with me throughout the process. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. Mike kept me informed, followed through on what he promised, and made what can be a stressful roofing project much easier. I highly recommend Superior One Roofing, and I would definitely recommend asking for Mike Miller if you’re considering a new roof. Great company and great service!

We are really happy with our roof repair. They helped us with the whole process and permitting. I was out of town when the permit came through. I thought they were going to have to start before I got back. Some stuff had to be moved for the job to be done. They were willing to move my stuff for me. Which was really nice. The job was done quickly and looks exactly as I was told it would look. The price was competitive and the workmanship looks great.

We are really happy with our new roof and very impressed with the Superior One Roofing operation. They have it down to a well coordinated and efficient system and everyone ( Eric, Janil, Delaine, Kraig and crew ) performs their individual tasks in a very friendly, informative and professional manner. From the free estimate, to the scheduling, to the installation and then the final packet, everything was done on time and exactly as described. No question or concern was too small and every effort was made to make sure we were satisfied. I dealt mostly with Eric and he wasn't happy until we were completely satisfied. In the end, it was a very comfortable experience; the roof was installed in one day; cleanup was fantastic; a wind mitigation report was part of the deal and the house looks great. Thanks to everyone who worked on this project.

My experience with Superior One Roofing, was just that, Superior! My 22-year-old roof was in need of replacing and I did call several roofing companies to come and inspect the roof and show me what they had to offer as far as materials , warranty and installation costs. Superior roofing sent a extremely qualified and knowledgeable roof specialist, who got up on my roof and performed a thorough examination. The two other companies I called, one never even got up on the roof, and the other asked me to send them pictures of the roof (they didn't eve bother to come to my home. Superior One roofing explained their GAF roofing products to me in great detail. The GAF Warranty was outstanding (and transferable to a new owner, if I ever sold). I accepted their proposal and they were quick to schedule me for my install. The installation team was great, kept me informed on every step. They installed my New GAF roof, attic fan and gutters , did the inspectors reports and wind mitigation, everything I needed. I did not choose the cheapest Company , I chose the one that would give me the best product and warranty. That was Superior One Roofing, and on a side note, when I supplied my Homeowners Insurance company with my paperwork for my new roof, they reduced my premium by $2,500.00, Now that's Superior.
