Lack of communication and professionalism. Ghosted once problems occurred after the fact. Very disappointed, should have listened to a friend when they said don't use them.

I received an estimate for a roof replacement. Your representative, Leigh, was great. I and my Wife agree: based on Leigh’s honesty, professionalism, and expertise we are definitely going with your company when we get our roof replaced in the near future.

DC roofing just roofed my house. I am extremely satisfied with their work and communication. I highly recommend him for any of your roofing needs. I even had pictures of what the house was going to look like with the color of shingle before the roof was even put on.

Solar panels for pool heating leaked and the water caused significant rust damage. We later learned the metal roofing material was not appropriate for where we live. After talking to roofing companies, I chose DC Roofing. They were very prompt and responsive in assessing the damage and giving us a quote. The teardown and installation of the new roof went smoothly. The crews were prompt and cleaned up at the end of every day. The new roof looks great and has the appropriate composition. I recommend contacting DC Roofing when you have roofing issues.

Had an issue with a few shingles that would not lay down. Called DC , they sent Ron out the next day , and he found the problems and fixed them in a super neat and professional way. Customer Service and Workmanship is great. Thanks DC 04/02/26 Just had a complete roof-replacement on Ringold Street. What a great job by DC Roofing. Crew was on time each day, worked all day, and completed the job in 2 days. Dealing with the Office was very smooth. Will definitely recommend DC to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again!

Completely amazed by the quality of work and service. From the estimate with Leigh P. through completion and follow-up by Leigh: Couldn’t ask for a better person to work with. The project took less than 10 days from estimate, permit, and final inspection. The crew did an amazing job replacing old material and respected the property: All trash and debris was taken away. The Palm Bay City Inspector explained to me that DC Roofing exceeded standards. The inspector was so impressed that he mentioned he may get the same work done. Leigh and the front office were outstanding regarding coordination and communication. The metal roof is considerably more expensive than shingle especially if the old roof needs to be removed but I feel it’s worth it. The metal roof provides piece of mind living in a place where there is so much rain storms. Additionally they replaced the sun lights with storm resistant and energy efficient panes that look exponentially better than what I had. This was a recommendation from Leigh and it did not feel like an up sale but more of a genuine concern for quality. I wont need another roof in my lifetime (hopefully) but if I do, I wont ask anyone else other than DC Roofing. If you need a roof, do yourself a favor and contact DC Roofing and ask for Leigh: you will not get better customer service.

From start to finish, they did an excellent job and truly exceeded expectations. What could have been a very stressful situation was turned into a genuinely positive experience. Jonel and Ron were incredibly compassionate, patient, and professional while assessing the situation and keeping the process moving smoothly. Their communication and care made all the difference. I’m beyond grateful for their support and the quality of work — highly recommend DC Roofing!
