I had a big roofing project that involved tearing off an old shingle roof and a rubber flat roof, and it came with several important rebuild concerns that needed careful attention. I had the chance to work with Elias and company: Valdez Brothers Roof Repair, and they were not afraid to take on a challenging roof repair and restoration job. From start to finish, Elias was involved every step of the way, bringing solid roofing knowledge, skill, and a strong focus on doing the work the right way. The crew went beyond what was expected to make sure the roof system was rebuilt properly and that all the details were handled with care. I truly appreciated their hard work, professionalism, and commitment to quality. We would gladly call on them again for future roofing, siding, and window work.

My wife usually gets stressed about hiring contractors, especially for roofing, so finding the right crew for our home in Mills River really mattered. We had first gotten a questionable roofing quote from another company that planned to leave the old shingles in place and just lay new shingles over them with adhesive and nails, which did not feel like the right way to handle a roof replacement. The materials sounded decent, but the installation plan gave us little confidence. After speaking with Valdez Brothers Roof Repair, it was clear they knew proper roofing work and cared about doing the job the right way. Their price was a little higher, but the extra cost was well worth it for the quality, communication, and peace of mind. A solid roofing system matters too much to cut corners, especially with the heavy rain, summer heat, and storms we get in NC. The crew arrived as scheduled, tore off the old shingles, handled a few small roof repairs, protected the structure, and then installed the new shingles correctly. Elias, the project manager, stayed in contact the whole time by text and even shared drone photos showing the progress on the roof. The team worked fast, stayed organized, and finished the job the same day. We were very impressed with how smooth the whole roofing project went. If you want a reliable roof repair or roof replacement done with care and professionalism, paying a little more for skilled workmanship is absolutely worth it.
