  I'm so disappointed. Benton roofing put my metal roof on my home. Its not been 5 years and of course it's leaking. So upset

  Hey Paula, I'm so sorry that your roof is leaking. We stand behind all our roofing projects and would be happy to get you back in the dry. I've done some research and can't find where we ever did a roof for you. Can you please make sure you used the Benton Roofing out of Flat Rock NC? For residential projects like this we wouldn't have traveled outside of a 1 to 2 hour radius of flat rock north carolina. Please call our office 828-693-3362 and ask to speek to Christina.   I had called Benton roofing in Hendersonville nc and ask for a quote on my roof. They was about 3weeks out which was ok. The gentleman that called me to set up an appointment said he’ll get this person to call me on Monday which this was before thanksgiving so no one called I called him back and he said he’ll get him to call me well another week or so past and still waiting so I called the company again had a person call me back later that day he came out last week and I ask him how long for the quote he said about 2 days I said ok one week goes by no call back so I called again left a message so the guy call me back and said they don’t do single wides so my question is why you waste my time when came out here and got on the roof and looked at it Benton roofing should’ve told me when you got here we don’t do manufacturing homes single wides and its going to be very expensive I told him to quote me anyway but a roofing company should tell their customers we don’t do single wides my does have shingles so thanks for your help I will tell anyone who need a roof done not to call Benton roofing they will give you the runaround

  Benton roofing replaced our roof providing fast and excellent service. They moved everything off patio and put all back when finished. They were very professional! I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

  Workers were super respectful of me and neighbors. Were not loud and started early and left at dusk. The supervisor, Brent, was thorough and informative as the job progressed. Answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I was really impressed with the entire crew.

  I am sitting under my new, gorgeous roof that Benton Roofing finished today. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless, professional, and expertly carried out. Mike, Brent and the crew made sure we knew what was happening each day and answered all of our questions. Everyone was on time and made sure to protect the area around my house during the reroofing then cleaned the area after the job was finished. The estimate Mike quoted was reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future. Thank you everyone!

  Needed shingles replaced on our home. Called Benton due to their positive reviews. Communication was excellent. Mike called me back right away and gave me a detailed estimate next day. Once I approved and sent in my deposit, I was contacted by Brent withing a week and he provided a date and time of when they planned to do the job. He followed up within that time and when it looked like the weather was not going to cooperate, he contacted me right away to let me know he wanted to do it the day before. The crew arrived on time and finished in a timely manner despite the hot temperatures. I recommend Benton Roofing.

  Exceptional job by Benton Roofing. They provided a detailed quote after an on-roof inspection including the Eagleview aerial photos that were used to estimate the quantities. Total of 6400 sq ft of shingles required (including waste) on a mostly 9/12 slope complicated roof with multiple dormers and valleys. Quote prepared by Mike included changes in material in two low slope valleys that were not addressed by the original builder. The crew arrived bright and early on the scheduled date and completed in the estimated two days, in spite of some lost time on the first afternoon due to high winds (25mph). Our project manager Brent was on site through the whole project and kept us informed of their progress and showed us the few areas that needed wood replacement.

  Benton Roofing did a great job installing pavers on the roof deck of our townhome – clear communication, professional crew, and excellent workmanship. We've already hired them again to help fix some leaks around the dormers at our office, and the process and communication have been just as good for the second project!

  I had a 100% positive experience with Benton Roofing. I had asked a contractor friend for a roofing reference, and he gave me two options, but said, "These guys are the best." I didn't even bother calling the other company. Benton came out the next day. They worked around my schedule for the initial meeting, explained what they felt was the best path forward regarding method & materials, and included me in the planning of a special water diversion system I had installed on my old roof. The new one they put in was even better! I really liked the crew who worked on the house. They did a great job. So far the clean-up seems pretty good, too. This is a big thing with roofing companies. You REALLY need to make sure they do a great job cleaning up. Their lead time was very favorable (It probably helps that I called them in the off-season) and they got the whole job done in a day. I own a small business. I know what it's like to be on both sides of the home-improvement equation. I can only hope my customers feel as good about working with me as I do about working with Benton.
