Literally hung up on me mid question. I need a repair (it says they do repairs on their listing) and they said they don’t do that just full replacement. Because they are super close to my house I was going to ask if they could recommend another company in the area but they hung up before I could finish. Wild way to do business.

We had our old shingles removed and a new roof installed, and we are very happy with the whole experience. This review is long overdue. Michael is a one of a kind roofing contractor who was honest and clear from the start. When we called, he came out quickly to provide an estimate and walked us through the roofing process in simple terms. He explained our shingle options, warranty details, ventilation considerations, and what to expect during the install. His crew was skilled, organized, and professional. They arrived early in the morning, worked efficiently, and finished the roof replacement and cleanup the same day. The job site was left neat, and the new shingles look great. It was easy to see that the team knew roofing work very well and took pride in doing the job right. Since the installation, the roof has performed excellent and given us real peace of mind, especially with the heavy rain and changing weather in Swannanoa. Michael was easy to work with, kept communication open, and made sure everything was done properly. We truly appreciated the quality workmanship and would gladly recommend this roofing team.

We had ongoing issues with an older roof on our cottage in Swannanoa, especially after strong wind and rain. Shingles kept coming loose, and after several patch repairs, it was clear we needed a real long-term roofing solution instead of another temporary fix. After calling a few roofing contractors, I still did not feel confident about the answers I was getting. Once I spoke with Michael, I felt much better about the process. He inspected the roof, explained why the shingles were blowing off, and pointed out the underlying problems in a simple and professional way. His roofing knowledge made it easy to understand what needed to be done. We decided a full roof replacement was the best choice to prevent more damage and avoid future repairs. The roofing crew arrived prepared with the proper tools and equipment, completed a full tear-off, and did excellent work from start to finish. The whole project felt organized, efficient, and well managed. I was very impressed with Michael’s professionalism, clear communication, and experience. We are glad we chose this roofing company and feel confident that our new roof will hold up well through the windy and rainy weather in Swannanoa.

We highly recommend Rivera & Sons Roofing. We needed two small roofing projects done: adding roof vent caps for the bathroom exhaust fans and putting in skylights to brighten some dark parts of the house. They came out quickly, gave us a …

I highly recommend this roofing team. My roof had a leak, and Isaiah came out, inspected everything, and completed the repair the same day. He took clear photos of the roof, chimney, and flashing so he could walk me through the problem in simple terms and explain exactly what needed to be fixed. He was friendly, professional, and worked fast without cutting corners. On another visit, I had water getting into my fireplace area. Isaiah checked the chimney and found that the mortar joints were allowing water in. Once again, he showed me photos and explained the issue clearly, which made the whole process easy to understand. Since several days of heavy rain were expected soon, he quickly scheduled the crew for the next morning so they could seal everything up before the weather moved in. The crew was courteous, arrived on time, and did excellent work. It is hard to find a roofer who communicates this well, responds quickly, and handles roof leaks, chimney issues, flashing repairs, and waterproofing with this level of care. I trust them for roofing work and will keep using them anytime I need roof or chimney repairs.

Rivera & Sons Roofing handled roof repairs that no other roofer had been able to solve for many years. They found that the main issue was not the roofing system itself, but worn window seals that were letting water run down onto the flat …

Sebastian usually handles larger roofing projects and really understands the insurance side of roof replacement. I had a small custom roofing job with very specific needs for a porch cover, and I could not find a roofer willing to take it on. Even though he mostly works on bigger roof jobs, he was glad to help with my unique project. He used his roofing contacts to find a smaller piece of EPDM so I did not have to buy a full roll, which saved me money and made the job much more practical. He also arranged for skilled labor to complete the sheet metal and roof edge work quickly and with care. On top of that, he personally picked up the roofing materials and made sure everything was delivered for installation right away. I have worked with many contractors before, and it is not always easy to get exactly what you ask for, but this experience was different. The finished roof work came out exactly the way I wanted, the price was fair, and the overall service went above and beyond. After plenty of time, the porch roofing is still holding up great. I really appreciate the help and would highly recommend Sebastian to anyone needing dependable roofing work, custom roof repairs, or EPDM installation.

After a strong storm blew shingles off in several areas, we called for roofing help and got a quick roof inspection. Michael checked the damaged sections, placed tarps where needed, and also found additional shingle damage across the roof that could have caused bigger leaks later. When our insurance adjuster came out, Michael met with them and walked through all of the roof findings in a clear and helpful way. We also got another roofing estimate, but that company only wanted to patch the obvious spots and did not point out the other roof damage. Based on the thorough inspection, honest communication, and professional guidance, we decided to move forward with a full roof replacement. The roofing crew did an excellent job, finished the project in one day, and made sure the property was cleaned up well, including nails, shingles, and other debris. At the end of the job, Michael returned to inspect the finished roof and confirm everything was completed the right way. We are very happy with the workmanship, the attention to detail, and the overall roofing service. It gives us peace of mind knowing the new roof is solid, well-installed, and backed by a workmanship guarantee if anything ever needs attention.

I absolutely love my new roof. I was not planning to replace it, but after I found out the roof had gone years without proper flashing, I started looking into better roofing options. A family member suggested a metal roof, and I am so glad I went that route. michael was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable, and the whole process was easy to understand. My frame home with asphalt siding looks completely different now, and the new metal roofing really improved the curb appeal and protection of the house. dillon and the crew did an awesome job with the installation, worked carefully, and cleaned up at the end of each day. The workmanship, roofing detail, and overall service were excellent. i absolutely love my new roof and the way it makes my home look and feel in Swannanoa.

They have been part of several of my roofing projects, including new builds, additions, and retrofit work, and they are currently installing a large metal roof on a challenging storm shelter addition. They have been excellent to work with during construction, and I also rely on them early in the planning stage for helpful guidance on roof specs, installation methods, scheduling, and coordination with other trades. Their roofing knowledge, clear communication, and team-first approach help the whole project run smoothly and make me look good to the owner.
