The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Uston Roof and Masonry LLC. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I thought I had to replace my roof but Uston Roof said there were only some loose shingles that needed to be replaced and that my roof should last at least another 5 yrs. I was very happy that I didn’t have to replace my entire roof yet and appreciate their honesty!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, the team helped us choose the perfect new roof and gutters to match our home, walking us through all the material options and pricing with total transparency. They kept us informed every step of the way, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The final result looks amazing, and we’re so grateful we chose them! Highly recommend!

Uston did my parents house in Chesterland! They were responsive, polite, and had a great installment team. The decking in a lot of areas had to be replaced & they made sure it followed code & got it done right.

John & Jackson are great young men who care about their customers. They did my roof end of summer last year as an insurance claim for state farm & got it approved!

At Uston Roof & Masonry, we serve homeowners in Cleveland Heights, OH and surrounding Lake County, OH, Cuyahoga County, OH, and Summit County, OH with rubberized EPDM roofing designed to stay flexible and hold up through changing weather conditions. Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Uston Roof and Masonry LLC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
