  ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!! I refuse to do business with RAW if in the first words out of his mouth are to trash his completion🤬. Barely out with "how are you" and he was bashing them. The absolute antithesis of professionalism.

  Raw Roofing recently installed the new roof on my house after a hail storm. It was a big job, the crew are punctual, clean and professional, the communication was clear and the final result is as promised. A++

  Raw roofing thoroughly explained their process and helped me to find the roof package that was best for my house and the vision I had in mind. When there were issues post roof installation, they were able to remedy them relatively quickly. My new roof is gorgeous!

  The sales team were friendly and quickly assesd the damage on my roof after a wind storm. The sales staff confidently told me that they should be able to get me on the schedule due to my roof being exposed to the rain from the damage. That 2 week estimate turned into close to 6 weeks. They did finally come, several rain storms later. There estimate came in much higher then what the insurance adjuster calculated. They were very good at selling and not soo good at following through. The gentlemen that came and did the work was able to complete thr work in one day. However the way he laid the new rake line was causing a slight bow in the roof line. I notified one of thier several managers which they have many and told him of this issue in which I recieved no response. The tech that did the work took down my satellite dish down and did not ask if I wanted it reinstalled. He then took it with him where it was discarded. I had to call Directv to have them bring me a new one which I will be reimbursed for. I wiill be using a diferent roof company next time. There are plenty of choices out there. The funny part was when the salesperson asked if I could put up thier yard sign. He said it makes it easier for the tech to find the house. I was surprised that they would send one guy to go up and down a ladder with supplies with no safety precautions. It doesn't seem OSHA compliant.

To address a few specifics: you're right that you'll interact with multiple people throughout the process at RAW. We have a professional leadership team with specialists in each area, from sales to production to project management. That structure is meant to serve you better, not create gaps, and it sounds like in your case it did the opposite. That is on us. You signed your contract on 7/14, right in the middle of a heavy storm season, and while we always try to give an honest estimated timeline, weather and volume can shift that. We should have kept you better informed along the way instead of letting the gap speak for itself. We're not perfect, but when something goes wrong, we take full responsibility and move quickly to resolve it. The concerns you raised, including reimbursement, were addressed and resolved within a day of hearing from you. We'd welcome the chance to speak with you directly.

  Spent most of the summer having multiple roofing companies come over to estimate a replacement or fix ended up going with RAW I do believe I made a great choice The install crew was incredible. They did everything in one day when they were done you wouldn’t even know they were here. The place was so clean. The sales rep Michael and the project manager. Sebastian also stayed in touch with me the whole time posted many many pictures of the process. Bottom line I do believe I’m set in my roofing needs Thanks to all involved PS Decided to install gutters also

  The whole process was great all the way through. The team is knowledgeable and respectful during the whole process. The update link is a great touch with photos and updates throughout the project when you can’t be there. Would definitely recommend.

  We recently had the roof and gutters of our home replaced by RAW Roofing Solutions, and overall the work they did was great. Communication was also great with all the staff we worked with—Mike, Sebastian, Dakotah, and Justin. Everyone was cordial, responsive, and apologetic when issues came up. The biggest downside was their internal miscommunications, which led to the wrong gutters being installed and needing to be removed and redone days later. We were originally told this would be a one-day job, but the full project ended up taking about a week. While the roof itself was completed in a day, a damaged part had to be reinstalled, and the gutter work was delayed. This was frustrating since we had taken time off work specifically for the project and paid the deposit three months in advance with the expectation the job would be completed during that time. I had also hoped their team would provide more quality assurance. I had to point out items that were outlined in our contract but not completed correctly the first time, such as not removing the TV antenna, incorrect ordering of a pivot boot, and installing 5-inch gutters instead of the agreed-upon 6-inch gutters. Job site cleanliness is another area for improvement. After multiple visits, we found ourselves cleaning up after the crews, including finding over 100 nails across our yard and our neighbors’ yards combined. We know the team used a magnet roller while working, but it was not as thorough as expected. Another area of opportunity is more transparency on pricing. The estimate was based on assumptions about the roof decking, and we didn’t realize repairs would cost almost an additional $5k. In hindsight, replacing the entire deck with sheet wood may have been more cost-effective, and clearer guidance upfront would have helped. We received quotes from nearly 10 different companies, and RAW was the most expensive, but we chose them for their reputation, workmanship warranty, transferable warranty, and stron

The missed contract details, the timeline stretching to a week, the cleanup issues, and the clarity on decking costs upfront — all of that is on us, not you. You shouldn't have had to catch our mistakes or clean up after our crews. We're taking this feedback seriously: adding a final QA check against the contract before we call a job done, retraining crews on site cleanup, and committing to clearer upfront conversations when decking issues are found mid-project so there are no cost surprises.
