  I see you replied today to my review and i have to disagree with you. The windows were all replaced on the 3rd floor because we were so frustrated with the leak. The leak is coming in from the corners of the dormers. This should of been sealed and wasn’t. That was the original reason i opted to replace the whole roof as i was promised it would take care of the issue. UPDATE: 8/18/24 Been just under a year and i am editing this review as i am still dealing with the original leak i was told would be taken care of with a tear off and new roof install. Many calls and a few visits and still having the same issue. I am no longer getting responses to my calls. ——————————————- I am very happy with my new roof. What a hard working team. Arrived early did the tear off and replacement all in a day. I would definitely recommend if you are in need of a new roof. Very reasonable and professional !

  I am sorry that you are having continued problems. We have come out many times and inspected your roof and told you that your windows are leaking. That it isn't coming from your roof. I am sorry that is unsatisfactory and apologize for the inconvenience. I assure you that we value you and wish you all the best. Have a blessed day. Edit... Yes the windows and or the siding whether new or not are leaking... I am sorry that the installer possibly didn't put proper sealing around your windows... we have been out there numerous times the flashing around the dormer is sealed and we put ice gaurd and the proper flasing around the whole dormer, BUT if it Is getting behind the siding (possibly because of improper water vaper barrior) we cannot remove your siding to replace that at th3 time of roof replacement. That would incure an extra step and cost. Please call your window installer. Or the company if your choice to replace the siding on the dormer. I appologize that you experincing this problem. We thank you for your buisness and wish you all the best.

  Edit: It was found that you purchased the alcohol which show in pictures of the cases sitting next to you while you hang out with the guys after work and show them your drone. We have updated our policies that our workers can no longer even off the clock spend time with the home owners. The police were contacted and said that that was perfectly legal for workers to do as a matter of fact he said he gathers with his workers that work around the house to enjoy their time and make friends with them.. it seems that you struggle with dishonesty I hope and pray you can become and honest man. You are defaming a honest small buisness man with 10 kids. Have a blessed day. I am sorry that you found our work unsatisfactory and that the issues that you addressed after paying in full and leaving a 5 star review were not met with your satisfaction.   Hi Nate. Thanks for never getting back to me after you installed my roof and then I had water damage shortly after. I called and texted you multiple times and said you would look at it and take care of it, and he we are months later and no contact or resolution. Here’s the review you asked me to give you. If I could give a zero I would. enjoy!

  Thanks for the feedback. It is a frustrating situation when a house develops an ice damming problem, we understand. Hopefully you were able to get your insulation problem sorted out. If you have any issues from something happening when it rains, we are more than willing to take a look for you.

  Made an appointment on or about September 28. Representative never showed up so later in the evening I called the representative whoI made the appointment with and he said that he was sorry and that he got stuck on a job that he needed to supervise. I would have thought he would have called me to let me know he couldn’t make our appointment but he didn’t. So we made an appointment for Sept. 29. He wasn’t on time but he made it. He had a couple of guys with him and he and another guy went up on my roof, looked at the roof area in question and was pretty thorough on what he thought my concern was and after coming down from my roof and discussing what may need to be done he says to me within 24 to48 hours he should have an estimate for me. Well it’s now November 5th and I haven’t heard a word. Needless to say I would not be doing business with this company in the near future

  I contacted this company for an estimate on my siding that was damaged from severe winds and thunderstorms. My initial contact was Nate. He did a complete assessment of my property and noticed safety concerns with roofing issues on my neighbors property. I was thrilled with the work he performed. He was very courteous and offered to help change my wall lighting and he referred me to a company to replace the awning that was blown away during the storm. The price was very reasonable. Nate was very professional, he was great at keeping communication open with regards to when the wall lighting would arrive and when he would arrive to install. I was amazed on how quickly everything went. Everything looks amazing! You wouldn't even know that damage was done to the house. I would highly recommend Nate at Ulman family contracting. You won't be disappointed.
