Kingpin Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for Kingpin Construction.

Originally I had rated Kingpin with a 5 star review. *updated* October 2024 Since the first visit, I was quoted a job and we discussed the work that was going to be completed. Since then they have been unresponsive. I was told someone would be out last week but no further contact was made. I called and was told they are too busy to complete my job. Very unprofessional for kingpin to agree on the work plan and give me an estimate just to end up telling me weeks later that they can’t complete it. January 2025 Owner reached out to discuss the 1 star review and made an honest effort to correct the experience, although the original damage has already been repaired. I am willing to give kingpin another chance in the future and if that experience goes well then this review may change.

Zac replaced the roof on two of our houses. Stand up family man, great work, and is very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We had Kingpin Construction replace all our soffits, facias and gutters due to a previous home owner painting all the soffits and not allowing airflow in the attic. Kingpin did a great job, showed up early and worked a good 8 hours every day till completing. Work looks great!

The owner, Eric, is fantastic. He dropped what he was doing and came to the house for a small roof repair. The cost was reasonable, but the customer service is what makes him the best!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Kingpin Construction! They replaced my gutters, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. His team was amazing—professional, efficient, and they did an excellent job. My new gutters look fantastic! I would absolutely recommend Kingpin Construction to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

The estimate from Kingpin was 1000s less then any other company we asked. Eric was great and he explained what we needed and what we didn't when fixing our patio and garage roofs (other companies wanted to add all this extra unnecessary …

Eric was a pleasure to work with! Prompt, courteous & respectful...answered all my questions & concerns. Showed up when he said they would. Finished the job on time and as quoted. The crew follow his creed. I've already referred friends. Refreshing to have a contractor do what they say they will do! As it should be. Did my house & made repairs from poor workmanship on the barn from a previous contractor. Much appreciated! And a shout out to Nikki....prompt communication & also a pleasure to work with! 🙂

Our house had T1-11 siding that was in bad shape so we needed siding, trim & gutters. After hearing horror stories about contractors taking money, not showing, or doing shoddy work we were very nervous about hiring one. We put our faith in …

We had a wonderful experience with Kingpin Construction! From the first meeting to the completion of our new roof, everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The crew worked efficiently, paid attention to every detail, and left our property clean when the job was finished. We truly appreciate the quality of their workmanship and the care they showed throughout the entire project. It's reassuring to know there are companies that still take pride in doing the job right. Thank you, Kingpin Construction, for an outstanding job! We highly recommend you to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable roofing company.
