Got the roofing leak fixed, ripped the junk off he installed, and had it re-roofed by a professinal.

Thank you for your feedback. Although this review was left over three years ago, we felt it was important to respond. While we’re sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations, we respectfully stand by our findings. During our investigation, we removed the siding in the affected area and determined that the source of the water intrusion was related to the siding installation rather than the roofing system. We understand that this wasn’t the conclusion you were hoping for, but it was the conclusion supported by what we observed on-site. Since this review was posted, we’ve continued to grow by focusing on quality workmanship, honesty, and transparency. In that time, we’ve had the privilege of receiving hundreds of satisfied customers and, in 2025, Urban Grind Roofing was honored with the Gold Award for Roof Excellence from the American Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA), recognizing one of the top roofing projects in North America. We’re never perfect, but we always strive to do what’s right, even when it’s a difficult conversation. We wish you all the best. UGR -Team

Really great experience overall from start to finish. Inspection was very thorough with clear pictures of issues found. Quote was very fair and reasonable. Scheduling was easy. The crew did a great job during installation... protected everything with tarps, very clean install, and a great cleanup after. Highly recommend.

Great service. I called AJ at 4:30 pm and he was out early the next morning. Not only fixed the area where the leak was, but patched up all of the failing nails too. I feel like I have a brand new 11 year old roof. Very satisfied.
