  I hired Philco to replace my roof in 2020. Since then I have experienced several leaks which have caused extensive damage in my home. When contacted about this, they came out to look for the source of the leak but found none. 3 other roofers inspected the roof and all concluded that step flashing had not been installed correctly. Instead of correctly repairing the roof, Philco applied caulk along the roof line. Based on my experience I do not recommend this company.

  Last year I would have given them 5 stars. But this year we had a roof leak. They came out immediately, offered some ideas on repair. We called more than a dozen times to get an actual estimate. Each time we were assured we'd get a call soon. Never did.

  In 2017 the Philco Team did a great job replacing our roof. Two weeks ago we found a part of the roof that needed repair. We called Philco and within 2 days Tyler and Phil came out and assessed and repaired the roof! We could not be happier with their workmanship and outstanding customer service! We highly recommend the Philco team to anyone that asks us for a roofing or remodeling recommendation!

  Phillip with Philco Roofing did an awesome job replacing our roof. Used them for several of our rental properties. I highly recommend them.

  These guys knocked it out of the park! They showed up when they said they would, they immediately got to work removing the old shingles, replaced damaged sheeting, and laid plenty of ice and water barrier and did an excellent job laying shingles! They were fast, efficient, professional and their communication is top notch! They really made it an easy seamless process for the customer!!! 10/10 would highly recommend!

  Philco Roofing just completed two Roofs for my family member. They did a first class removal and installation with CertainTEED Roofing materials. They left the area around each home clean and finished in one day. Their 15 year warranty is exceptional!

  Philco did an amazing job on my roof. They completely replaced an 1800 square foot roof in one day. They didn’t leave a single piece of trash or a trace that they had been there other than a new well done roof. I am very impressed with the quality of work. I would highly recommend their work to anyone.
