  An organization used this company services and had a roof replaced a few years ago and have reached out to this company more than 4 times to have roof leaks from an entire roof replaced by this company fixed. It is still not fixed! The owner only wants to communicate via text and never talk over the phone. I will not be removing my post till the roof is fixed and the leaks stop!!! After 3 years it should not be leaking at all but still leaking!!!!! Having a roof replaced should not be this much of a hassle and shouldn't have roof leaks!!!

  It is a shame one star is the lowest I could give. Guy who came out would not give me an actual name only some initials DJ or JD but that seemed to change. Told me I had wind damage then got in a pissing contest with the insurance adjuster. Ended up with an investigator coming out several times looking for fraud. Multiple interviews we me, one with my wife. This clown made lots of offers to go above and beyond but didn't come through on any of them. made threats to go to the insurance commission, but also made threats to throw an insurance adjuster off the roof....

  I was contacted by this company after receiving tornado damage on our property. I was told they would come out to assess the damages. They never showed up or notified us to reschedule.

  I Called several times and they never showed up to do the quote. Over all very unprofessional.

  All American came out and got my insurance to pay over 30k to replace my roof. They were in and out in 1 day and the pickup was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend them!

  Shawn was fantastic. He arrived on time, brought samples, explained the issues in detail, and gave me options that fit within a reasonable budget. Jason and Brittany should be proud of how their project manager handles customers. He was professional, patient, and very responsive.

  Part of my roof needed replacing, and Shawn and his crew showed up early, worked hard all day, and walked me through the process with photos. They also took extra time around the chimney after I asked about it, which gave me peace of mind. Jason and Brittany have a great team, and I’ll definitely call them when the rest of my roof needs attention.
