  So many roofers out there you would do best not to let solid roofing near your home

I understand that you have refused to pay your invoice until you were notified of the expiration of our lien rights and finally paid and I'd like to take this opportunity to address your concerns. According to our records, we completed all of the work that was agreed upon in our contract. We also provided you with a detailed invoice that outlines all of the services that were performed and the associated costs. We understand that budgeting for a roofing project can be challenging. Please notice we included your adjuster, who called you to explain your invoice, but you declined to answer text messages, emails or phone calls. We're disappointed that you've chosen to post a negative review without first trying to resolve the issue with us directly. We're still committed to finding a solution that works for both of us.   I had a problem with my roof. After installing panels, I developed leaks in several areas. I contacted Solid Roof, and they resolved the issue. They installed a new roof and added all the necessary new supports for the panels. Excellent work and very professional.

  John And his coworkers arrived at my house promptly as promised, went to work on my issue with my dryer vent and we’re very friendly and efficient. Solid roof replaced my roof about two years ago and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for your roofing needs.

  A month or so ago we unfortunately suffered damage to our roof requiring complete replacement. After getting a few quotes I chose to go with John with Solid Roofing. His quote was in line with the others I had gotten but I just had the feeling he would be a pleasure to work with. I was more than happy with my decision. His team showed up on time and did a fantastic job with my complete roof replacement as well as some repair on the roof itself below the shingles. Professional and respectful his team was and I would not hesitate a bit to hire them again.
