  My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I recently discovered that two roof ventilation pipes were not installed correctly and have been trying to contact the company to discuss the issue and find a solution. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone. The company phone number appears to be disconnected, and multiple messages sent to Michael Oliveros have gone unanswered. What is most frustrating is that when the roof was completed, there was a strong emphasis on leaving a positive review. However, now that I need assistance with a concern related to the work performed, I cannot get a response from anyone. As a homeowner, I understand that issues can arise over time. What matters is whether a company stands behind its work and communicates with its customers. In my case, I have made several good faith attempts to reach the company and have received no response whatsoever. It has been about two years since the installation, and I never expected to be in a situation where I could not even speak with someone about a potential workmanship concern. A disconnected company phone number and unanswered messages do not inspire confidence. I am sharing my experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision. Good customer service does not end when the final payment is collected. Based on my experience, communication and post installation support have been very disappointing. I hope someone from the company will finally respond and address this issue.

  I have been trying to get them to fix a leak in my new roof that did not exist prior to their work. Alex responded once but that was 8 months ago. There is a leak in my garage now causing the drywall and ceiling to fall onto the floor when it rains. BEWARE. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.

  They are well-priced, professional, friendly, and efficient. Liked working with them. There were some communication hiccups, but that was my only issue. Very good overall and would still recommend them.

  Unrivaled Roofing did an excellent job with everything. The estimate, the explanation of the work, the installation and clean up after all the work was done!   My experience with Unrivaled was great. Contacted Alex, he guided me through the entire process of replacing my roof. Provided multiple options for my roof materials and explained what the difference were. Installed the new roof shingles and cleaned up everything on the same day. Love the customer service and follow up.
