  Terrible customer service! If you run into issues after initial service is done- they don’t take responsibility and want more money! I do not recommend them!

  Just to clarify. They DID NOT "rectify" the situation. I went with a different roofing company. Best decision I ever made!!

  After they left me with a leaky roof and I mailed out their payment they threatened to put a lien against our home. They didn’t come back and fix the leaks. Now I have to pay a second company to ACTUALLY fix the leaks before it destroys any more property. Home owners be careful!!!!

  Universal Roofing is a family owned and operated company. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish as they replaced our old tile roof with a beautiful new one! We were informed of the time frame and work that would be done ….they were able to stick to schedule….the workers were competent and professional….they left their construction site clean every day.   We just finished a project with Universal Roofing for a new roof and it looks fabulous. Concrete barrel tile in Palm Beach blend-Really beautiful. They made every part of the process easy, From dropping off the catalogs of colors from two different companies to showing up on time and at the end of each day they were at our home picking up all the debris(Which is amazing because most roofing companies do a poor job of this-We have used two other roofing companies across two different houses). I really appreciate Tracy Flett, one of the co-owners of this 40-year-old, family-owned business, taking the time to ask what they did well/right and what they could do better-there really wasn’t much they could do better. We are very happy customers and would recommend this business wholeheartedly. It makes me glad to support a local, family owned business that has been around through at least two generations. In the past we have used them twice to repair issues with our roof, they deliver the same kind of service for that as well as a total re-roof. Glad to know that I can count on this company to do things the old-fashioned way(With new materials). A+

  I'm sharing a review from my mothers experience with Universal Roofing. She was referred to Universal Roofing from a friend that was very satisfied with the roof installation he had with this company. My mother is also very satisfied ... "The company was very helpful in letting me know what needed to be done. They laid out the procedure , how long it would take, and the price." I would also like to add that Universal Roofing was very professional and respectful of my mothers property. Highly recommended!
