  I had a roof repair estimate today between 9am-11am. It is now 230pm and they never showed or made a phone call to state they were never coming or was going to be late. I feel as though it's not my responsibility to reach out to a company that is supposed to show up between certain hours for an estimate. They even called yesterday to confirm too. Will never reach out to this company again

  I am sorry you had a bad experience. We are looking into this as we strive for expert customer service. Follow up: Our inspector did contact you as he did not seem to think the leak was coming from your roof , we will not fix something we do not think will work, leaks are sometimes caused from windows, seals, siding etc. if it is not the roof, we will need to refuse the job .

  Great job all around. Jason arrived at the consult with a detailed scope of work and answered all questions I had. Very reasonable price. The job was done in 2 days and looks great. We wanted to support a local, reliable company for our roof replacement and Universal checked all the boxes. Would definitely recommend.

  We had an amazing experience with Universal Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The crew was punctual, hardworking, and paid attention to every detail. We had Universal Roofing replace siding, install a new roof and wrap our patio cover. The quality of their work is outstanding. The results well exceeded my expectations. They kept the job site clean and communicated clearly throughout the project It’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work.   Every contact I had with Universal,whether by phone or in person, was positively remarkable: starting with Ronnie and Sue in the office; Joe, the estimator; George and the work crew; and Jason, the owner--I had been putting off doing my roof because I thought I couldn't afford a top-notch contractor to tackle the job for my steep roof that included dormers on the front and back and an oversized chimney--Their workmanship is skillful, the materials are beautiful, and the finished product is gorgeous--Every time I come home, driving up to my house, I just look and smile! The new roof makes the entire house more attractive than it was when it was built 20 yrs. ago--Can you imagine that--Thank you Universal Roofing--Everyone on your team listened to me and you kept your word!
