  Great pricing but poor management. It took six weeks to have the windows framed and sills installed inside during the hot summer. I had to hang up bed sheets to “block” the sun during the high summer heat. The gutters were replaced and they installed them to drain on my driveway. Now I have to walk over ice during this snow storm because they didn’t install them the way they were before. Over the garden like it was before. I was supposed to have a final walk through and no one came by.

  My wife and I spent close to $50,000 with Gaspers roofing between June 2024-November 2024. I had water in basement due to improperly installed gutters and also some issue with the front porch they built. When I originally reached out to my salesmen he was unresponsive. After getting ahold of his superior, they sent a guy out to look at my porch. He spent all of 5 minutes addressing my concerns. After getting my architect involved, the manager started to question his findings. I ended up paying to have my porch fixed properly by another contractor. As you can see in the pictures, there should've been footings placed where the pillars are.The pillars are holding up my dormer for the 2nd floor. I hope my experience can save someone in the future a headache.

  Three pieces of siding had to be reinstalled. The worker was here 30 to 40 minutes. Total price $399. Fool me once shame on you.

  It's a shame that I have to leave this review because I have used Gasper Roofing for a few other jobs in the past and they always delivered quality work. However, this most recent job was a money grab and they completely under delivered and grossly overcharged us. They said "Oh, this would be an all day job and we'll have to use a lot of materials." That never happened. They basically plugged up a few holes in our fascia with small pieces of plywood which was the equivalent of about two hours of work. Because I complained about it, they gave a small discount, but it is completely laughable! It's still insanely overpriced for the work delivered. I will never use Gasper Roofing ever again and I won't be recommending them to anybody else. I won't go into any other details, but I'll call this what is is: thievery!

  They put asphalt on our roof instead of fixing it correctly, after showing up 4 times without the equipment they needed. They then acted ignorant when our roof continued to leak (because they didn’t actually repair it due to their use of Asphalt coating on a flat roof) and refused responsibility. When we called them to ask that they take a look at the continued leak, they let us know it would cost $90 for them to send someone to 'assess fault' but that it wasn't their problem regardless because repairs have no warranty. They did not inform us of the fact that they used asphalt coating during any part of the process, and we only found out after consulting a different roofing company entirely, who was mortified and shocked that Gasper used asphalt for a roof repair and informed us that this is the cheapest material there is and wears down rapidly, and everyone knows not to use it for a roof repair like this. They robbed us and defrauded us, plain and simple. Edit: Casper’s response is a complete fabrication. They’re just posting anything they can to make it look like they did something right and to gaslight people. They didn’t even accurately describe what was done on my house or the materials used and in fact the whole contract was not even in my name but the owners so they don’t even know who I am or what job I’m talking about in this review’s context.

  Jessica I apologize that you feel defrauded. What we agreed to on contract was adding mesh and Mule Hide cement coating to all seams and penetrations after pictures show grey coating which is cement coating. It was a repair done to a roof that had active leaks and we cannot guarantee a repair because we are trying our best to fix an issue that cannot be seen past the surface. We also gave you an estimate for a new roof because it is really what you need. We charge $90 to come out for our time which is credited towards you if it is our fault or towards the next project. I am happy you found someone that will be able to help you! Again I apologize if you feel like we defrauded you, but we did the job we were contracted to do.

  Very pleased with the service. Laborers were very polite accommodating to our requests. I’m selling the home. I needed roof installation work and repair. I’m passing the estimate off to the buyer for their decision. I’ve been billed $299 for an estimate of a $4,000 repair and replacement job? I’ve never agreed to the estimate or signed for it. Yet here I am being charged for an estimate? It’s insane. They changed business practices away from customer service and directed it to a gouging practice. I’m done trying to refer work to them. Not welcome in my neighborhood any longer.

  We charge $299 for a roof inspection. I believe there must have been a miscommunication on the services you requested. We also charge realtors and homeowners that are buying the property so we can be compensated for our time. We also credit that amount towards the job if they decide to go with us. We do not do free inspections.

  Great experience with the repair and cleaning of our gutter guards. We were told by other companies to remove them and just clean the gutters multiple times a year. Jason and his team advised us to keep the guards, and they are extremely helpful, and that multiple times a year, gutter cleaning would be a costly and unnecessary effort when the gutter guards needed minor repair and were still functional. We are so grateful for their honesty, which will save us thousands of dollars. This is a solid company with integrity and quality workmanship. We will definitely be using them for all roofing needs.
