  We came out to inspect and informed you of the damage from July. We have inspected. We also have informed you and shared all images of the damages that are not workmanship related as metal does not bend itself. Whereas the current images of your property do not match our after install images of the property.

  UPDATE 2026: Bell came out last year and looked at my roof and said they didn't think it was the roof, and left. We hadn't seen issues for a bit and assumed the best. Unfortunately now the issues have returned and worse. We have been calling their office and the owner James for 4 weeks now and have gotten not even a single person at the office to respond. I hope to not have to go less aggressive routes to get support - but I'd strongly recommend you do not work with Bell if you want to have your roof taken care of. Bell, please call me back. It's quite simply the easiest thing to do. UPDATE: Responding to the Bell Team's response. I'm unsure why the team is able to respond to negative reviews, but is unable to return our calls for multiple weeks. James has been out and seen our roof, and our warranty (which is transferrable, and was transferred to us from the previous owner) included coverage for the siding, materials, workmanship, and labor, for 25 years. The team chose one day 2 weeks ago my wife and I were out of town for a funeral, of which I informed them, to ask if we would be around, and then we never received an alternate time to schedule service. If the team wished to set up a time to schedule they could have responded to any of my now daily phone calls that no one picks up for, or calls back after. Please call me back today and we can discuss this over the phone. Original Review: Our roof is under warranty with Bell Roofing and has a small leak in our bathroom that just needs some TLC and checking in on. Unfortunately - despite daily calls and outreach, Bell Roofing has proceeded to ignore our calls for setting up an appointment for the work to get done. The team has promised on numerous occasions call backs, and then will not respond or reach out for weeks. We have had scheduled times for someone to come out, and then no one shows up, and we are told that they just meant to have that be a time that someone would call us to set up time to do the work

  Update4/22/25: with pry tool found no damage or openings in roof or siding. Client present…. Dear Michael, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced. We understand how stressful it can be to deal with a leak, and we want to assure you that we take your feedback very seriously. To clarify, our technician conducted a thorough inspection of the roof and found no unwelded or cold welds that would indicate a leak originating from the roof itself. During that same visit, we also inspected the siding and identified gaps that could allow wind-driven rain to enter, which we believe may be the source of the issue. We shared this information with the property owner at the time of the inspection. We’d also like to note that, upon reviewing our records, we were unable to find a contract with you, Michael Rodino, in our database, as we have not directly entered into an agreement with you. That said, we understand the previous owner had a material warranty, and we’re committed to helping resolve this matter. After confirming that the roof was secure, we reached out to offer a follow-up visit to discuss the siding concerns and explore solutions, but we were informed that you were unavailable at the time and adamant that the issue was caused by the roof when our inspection found no issues in the roof. We’re truly sorry for any miscommunication or delays you’ve experienced, and we’d like to make this right.   SUE!!!! Somehow they took down my initial review. To others who have used this Terrible service SUE! I sued this company and was awarded Over $16,000. Don't let them get away with the terrible work that they are doing! You can look my case up online by searching my name. Google, "nj case look up". Hold them accountable!!!!!!!!! Inital review: I called Bell Roofing to come out to fix a leak from my roof. They gave me a quote to fix a small portion of my house. After completing the work, my entire house began to leak water everywhere. They went out to the house 3 times and during the last visit they tried to convince me that it wasnt their fault. I had two other companies come check out the problem and both stated that the work done was horrible, incorrect, and dangerous. Now I have to redo my entire roof and fix repairs in my house. Predatory sales at its best. Btw they nailed tarp on my roof causing more damage!

  Hello Tom, Update: 4/25/25 client has no more reports of issues with roof since completing recommended repairs. Update: 2/9/2025- Spoke with client. We are happy to know that the repairs were sufficient and kept the property dry in the recent rain we’ve had. We highly recommend sealing the areas behind gutters and siding in the future to avoid water from wind driven rain. Update: 2/5/25- Thank you as promised previously we were able to go in and do the work. We altered the pitch of the roof as we saw fit to divert the water away and into the drain. Please give us a call if you have any issues thank you. Thank you for your patience while we work to repair your roof. We have already delivered the required materials to your property. The combination of cold temperatures, rain, and weather has unfortunately delayed our start. We understand how important it is to get Carol warm sleeping in her bed that we purchased for her dry bed that we purchased in the beginning of this year. We believe this will take a few days to complete this project however due to the other openings you have in your siding and along your windows we do believe you will need additional services in the future. To seal a lot of the open cracks that are unprotected from elements such as wind driven rain. You can find these photos by reaching out to our office so we can may send them to you again.   Update: May 1st 2025- as previously noted this section of the property where the leaks are present are not from the area under contract with Bell.   Bell roofing did my roof and gutters and they did an amazing job. The guys cleaned the mess up well and were very polite . I love the color and I don’t have any issues with the installation. James is my contact person who set everything up and he’s great! He explains everything well and he always communicates very well . I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

  Our bad experience as a roofing subcontractor began on September 25th 2023 when we met Jason one of the projects manager at Bell Roofing . We did our first roofing project on sept 28 /2023 from there we had done for Bell Roofing a total of a total of #9 Roofing projects. Which we only received the payment of one project with a total of $1,530 on 10/19/23 by the vice president Rod Arce . After soliciting and sending a multiples text messages to Jason ( Which is no longer with the company after all this problems began) the vice president decided to answer my text messages and calls . Most of calls and texts messages were asking about of the outstanding balance of $16,605 which corresponds to the #8 projects we never got pay . We were told the check is gonna be ready every Friday of every week . After we stopped working on Octubre 19th 2023 when we got enough of lies by the company. We want to alert ‼️ others roofing subcontractors about this company. Two months had been pasted and we haven't received our payment yet , and when we go to the office no one comes out after asking for the owners or even the vice president ( who don't answer our calls , text messages and emails) Todays date 11/24/2023 . The last response of the vice president , after that day we were offside of the office for 4 hours waiting for Our payment . Which we never received.

  LET ME SAVE YOU THE TROUBLE 0 stars, 0/10, highly recommend to NOT use this company. We had a small leak, and when the salesman came out, he talked us into a full new roof (which we were comfortable with, since this one probably only had another 5 good years). We signed a contract for what felt like a good deal ($9,000 for the roof and small balcony with TPO - which he SWORE was the best there is and it would have zero issues). We paid a deposit and the rest after the job. They installed the roof in October, 2023 and within a few weeks, the roof leak was exponentially worse and water came into the home by the gallons and caused expensive damage. The drainage systems were not installed properly and water was pooling on the roof and slowly filling the house. After months of trying to get in touch with BELL, someone finally came out and, instead of redoing spot and truly addressing the issue at hand, they essentially put a bandaid on it and minorly fixed a major problem, that they originally caused. Fast forward to this year, the balcony that they installed completely lost the seal and has gallons of water trapped underneath it, which is again, slowly rotting away what is under it. Every time I call (probably over 50 times now), I either speak to Tony, who says "we'll have someone reach out to you soon," (which never happens); or I speak to Sarah, who always puts together a long list of excuses as to why this, or why that, and always ends with "I'll get back to you soon with a time for someone to come check it out," which again, does not actually happen. Only when I requested specific dates did they finally send out someone to assess the damage; he admitted that the balcony was installed incorrectly by THEM, and that the whole thing would need to be redone. That was over 2 months ago. I have now spoken to Sarah every day this week (as well as one a week for 2 months) and only managed to get her to loosely commit that "we'll see how next week goes" when I finally d

  Had the salesman come out, told me he didn't need to go up on the roof and that a tpo roof would solve all my issues. I had them out twice after that because the roof was still leaking. I called in July this year because it was still leaking and they told me that I was on a list to call back and have a crew come out. Called again in August and they said we would receive a call and be scheduled for a visit before August 23rd. It's now September 27th and still no call or visit. Don't believe the "family" pitch they give you unless you want a dysfunctional family experience.

  Hey Greg, I apologize you had a bad experience with your roof. We were originally contracted for your porch roof. We inspected your property today and found that your leak and issues are on your main roof. While we understand most homeowners fix their homes one step at a time, we highly suggest you address the issue with the main roof as soon as possible before more damage is sustained to your home. We will be giving you a call to provide you with a quote on that portion the TPO porch roof we did for you is still in great shape and will be good for another 24 years!

  I found this company in June 2024. Everything was going great until the day i was given for them to come out and do the work which was July 16,2024 i gave a deposit and all just as i was asked. The day that someone was suppose to come start the work i got a no show or no call from the company so i called and don’t get a change to speak to someone until about a week later after that it it went down hill as i was told they had no record of me which was the first red flag all though i signed a contract and paid a deposit after that was through that was when they gave me a hard time about coming back out at this time my roof is getting worse. I called and called and called and kept getting that they would send someone out they’re just “backed up” which isn’t my fault because i should not have been given a date as if they’re available. At fast forward to august I’ve called over a dozen times and didn’t seem like i was really being helped at all i was told the boss would call me over and over again he did not call. Someone finally popped up without calling good thing someone was home. He came took the railings off the balcony left them in a bedroom sitting against a wall left and never came back so i called over and over again. So i called spoke to a guy this time who told me the boss would call me and he didn’t call so when i called back to let them know he still hasn’t called like i was told he acted as if he was surprised and told me again he’ll be calling me which again he did not. Fast forward it’s now the middle of September and a few days after i told the boss would be calling someone popped up again to bring material good thing i was only down the street because i had no idea anyone was coming. After the guy finally came and finished my work he told me the boss James would be calling me about final payment and guess what HE CALLED THE EXACT DAY they told me he would because it was now about their payment he even called me from his personal number hahaha.   Jim at Bell Roofing made the process of choosing a roofing company easy. After getting six roofing estimates it was clear that Bell offered the best product at the best price point. Jim scheduled the project immediately, and offered various financing options. Whenever I had questions or concerns about the process and following the installation, he always immediately responded to me. When a leak persisted following the installation, Bell sent Stephen out the same day to identify the problem and solve it immediately. I am so grateful! They offer a warranty on their work and have already been true to their word.
