  have been trying for 2 weeks to get a hold of this compay to fix a leak in my new roof they did and have not gotten and responses. i would not recommend based off of this bad experience, once they get their money they dont want to hold up their end of the warranty

  Roof is leaking after 4 years. Attempted numerous times to have someone come out and check for the leak. Had two appointments set up and No one came out. Called back a few more times and spoke to people only to be forwarded to answering machines and never get a call back. Today will be attempt number 10 !

  Good intentions on their part, but execution to contract was poor. Did not fulfill the contract scope, left trash in my driveway for several days, after acknowledging they made a mistake persisted in charging me for their own error, still unresolved, nonetheless good hearted team and good people, just not in a good moment for the coming months due to personnel issues. Go elsewhere while they work through it

  I called Surf & Turf to get a simple quote for gutter installation on my detached garage. The representative, Jim, takes time to look at the garage and then asks if I would like him to look at the gutters and roof of my house. Since everything is new, I thought why not have a new set of eyes look to see if anything was missed. So we invite him in to review his observations and get the quote for the garage. The first thing ole' Jimbo decides to review is Surf & Turf's warranty on my new roof. I had to ask him point blank what he saw. He stated he was in the middle of explaining his company's warranty, which again, I did not ask for! I was only looking for a quote for gutters on my garage, not his company's warranty on a brand-new roof they did not install. Jim did say the roof looked 'fine.' Irrespective he continued his rhetorical diatribe about Surf & Turf's warranty on roofing. When he finished his sales pitch, I again asked about the quote for gutters on my garage, which he gave but I found high. I told him I'd reach back out to him once I got a few more quotes. He had the nerve to ask why I needed any other quotes. He continued to go on about his company's superior work to any other company and it would be a waste of my time to get additional quotes. All the while, he continued to try to sell his roofing warranty. Jim is a salesman who will try to sell you the air you breathe. A salesman of this caliber shouldn't be in sales at all as he is a liability to his company. He finally left. I will never give a company my business who disrespects me, my wife, and my property and didn't give me what I asked for first thing. Surf and Turf lost my business via Jim who attempted to sell me an f'n warranty I never asked for, then insulted me and my wife by insinuating we were not being smart by not buying his home warranty, on the spot. Only cowards demand your business and it's an old sales trick. Being, 'I'm the roofing expert, I'm in control, therefore you will do as I

  We purchased new gutters and Didier and his team did a great job with the installation, answering any questions and making sure everything was done correctly. The team left my yard spotless when they left. When there was a slight color discrepancy on the corner piece they came right out and fixed the issue. Easy to work with.

  Andry from SurfTurf roofing and gutters helped problem solve a few concerns with intense rain . They were willing to adjust the gutters to improve movement of water away from the house. Andry was personable and a keen problem solver. Overall I am happy with the service from this company.

  I had such a great experience with Surf and Turf! From the first call to schedule the work with Jim, everything was smooth and easy. They were so kind and professional through the whole process. Andrey and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and left everything spotless when they finished. My roof looks fantastic..highly recommend them!

  They came and worked swiftly to fix the roof. He explained exactly what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. They cleaned up all their mess when they were done, which ia greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend using them.
