I had Mr.Brooks install a roof on my home. Three yeas latter it is still leaking. Mr. Brooks was to come today Friday at 10:00am at 9:00 his office called and said he can’t come until Tuesday. This will be the fourth time they had to come back.i was told this flashing isn’t the problem.

Catching up on reviews. First contacted Brooks along w/ 3 other roofing contractors in late June '25. Cliegel showed up on time; very personable fellow, easy to chat with and went over what we were looking for. This is likely the last roof …

I had an issue with a leak around my Chimney. Bill came out almost immediately to assess the situation. Knowing that my roof was old and that I was planning on replacing it, but timing was not right to replace the entire roof immediately, Bill offered a temporary solution as well a quote to replace my entire roof. We opted for a temporary fix, which stopped water from coming in and corrected the flashing around the chimney. Bill and his staff are very easy to work with, professional and prompt. They showed up on time, completed the job, and cleaned up the entire work site. I will 100% be using them when I am ready to replace the whole roof, soffit and gutters. I would highly recommend using this company for your roofing and siding needs.

They did an excellent job replacing our roof, siding, windows, gutters, while making necessary repairs. The work was done well and quickly and everyone was friendly and kept us informed throughout the process.

William Brooks roofing did a great job on my roof. Every night when I drive home I look at it and think "I love my Roof!" They were great to work with, very responsive, and helpful. Cligiel, Billy and all the workers were great!

Highly recommend! From start to finish, very professional. They did a great job and left our property as clean as they found it. Maybe better.

Our neighborhood had a very bad storm of high winds and hail. A number of us and the Somerdale First Presbyterin Church had new roof installed by Wm Brooks. After the storm Wm Brooks was asked to check out our roof for damage. Brooks immediately sent a supervisor. Fortunately no damage. Quality work and a responsive contractor. Nice!

Recently had our roof replaced, along with gutters and I would highly recommend WM Brooks and team. Everything was smooth and all work was completed as discussed. They were even able to quickly respond to a gutter drainage issue. The price point was on par with others in the area, however they provided me more confidence and offered better materials vs others.

I simply wanted to thank you for a pleasurable experience. From the initial call to the clean up after the installation. Every appt. made was kept and completed without delay. Your team of installers are professionals, polite and this was displayed in their work from beginning to end. Thank you for the excellent customer service throughout.

We just had our roof replaced with chimney repair and attic fan replacement. We had a claim with our insurance company so there was more back and forth and paperwork involved than normal. My husband and I are very impressed with how WM Brooks dealt with the inconvenience of the insurance companies requests not to mention finished everything beautifully. Highly recommend using them for your roofing needs!
