  Do not trust this company we wasted 2 days at home not working. First of all they don't schedule until 24 hours out fine so we wait and she calls me we schedule everything's all good the next day that they're supposed to show up nobody shows up almost all day until the end of the day and they can't even finish the job. I come to find out that and I quote scheduling doesn't mean it's guaranteed. I know was told they were going to come back the next day and I'm sitting here waiting it's almost the end of the day and they still haven't showed up my husband calls and they said oh we might not make it today and might have to come tomorrow this is ridiculous I already wasted two days and I don't have any more to waste I will never use this company again

In the rare occasions that we require the customer to be home to complete a job, we make every effort to be mindful of the customers time and schedule. Because our work is very weather dependent this can sometimes be challenging due to the unpredictable nature of our local climate which can be cause for last minute schedule changes.   Your company replaced my old roof in April 2014. I have had issues with moisture causing mold in my attic ever since. I contacted your company via phone in 2018 requesting to have four vents replaced. After the vents had been replaced I received a message via email saying the work had been completed. It turns out that only 2 of the vents were changed out at this time. When the 2 vents were replaced the hoses from the bathroom fans were not connected to the vents so every time I took a shower moisture was going into my attic. In the past, when I was in the attic I could see light coming in from the outside. In October 2024 I was trying to decide how to proceed. I was advised to contact another roofing company which I did. IT TURNS OUT THE RIDGE LINE WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. After this other company installed a new Ridgeline it is completely dark which is what it is suspossed to look like. I had not found out about the vents from the bathroom fans not being connected until this other company had fixed your substandard work. To properly fix everything the cost was $2084.30. If these repairs with another company had not been made it would not have been long before my roof started leaking. If this type of job was done at my house where else is this happening? ****UPDATE**** 01/24/2025 - I contacted your company via text with these concerns as well as pictures and did not receive response before posting this review. I was in the attic with a neighbor who works in construction before the repair work was performed by another company and he stated that it appeared like your company did not install the Ridgeline correctly. Currently, there are no gaps in the Ridgeline, which is how it is suppose to be.

  We appreciate that you have concerns and would love the opportunity to discuss them with you. We also have concerns with some of the content of your review. You mentioned that you could see light through your ridgevent. This is not uncommon with reflective lighting. Based on your mention of the exhaust tubing being disconnected, it seems that the moisture in your attic was mainly being caused by that. The exhaust tubing can sometimes be dislodged due to wind pressure. Our concern is the recent replacement of the ridgevent by others. We pride ourselves in quality workmanship and this has never been an issue in any of the roofs that we have installed over the past 16 years. Air flow in the attic is a top priority and we always make sure it is completed to code. We look forward to speaking with you so we can make sure that you are getting the full potential out of your roof and provide you with the level of customer service that we hold ourselves to. *Update 1/27/25 -Thank you for your updated response. It seems that the reason you didn't receive a response from us prior to posting this review is because our business does not have texting capabilities and so therefore would have not received your text. We did attempt to call you and left you a voicemail prior to our response to your review but never received a call back. It's unfortunate that we were not able to connect prior to you spending approximately $2,800. We would have liked an opportunity to inspect your concerns. It's unfortunate that we now have this negative review when we were never provided the opportunity to inspect and address your concerns as things may have turned out much differently.   I had some work done to my roof by this company. One of the things I wanted was for them to put on new flashing and counterflashing around the chimney because the job done by a previous owner was terrible. They adjusted the flashing slightly that was already there and charged me for it. When I complained they said that the job included flashing and not counterflashing. In the first place they charged me for something they didn't do and in the second place what kind of contractor installs flashing without counterflashing? They absolutely refused to do the work right or to refund me the money. I will never use them again.

  We had a top of a tree go through the garage roof. These people put in a quote that was about double over the price it should have been..and then they refused to itemize the quote so the insurance, as well as our own information, would know where the money was going. We will not plan on going with these people, but BEWARE. It is COMMON for contractors to itemize everything so everyone is on the same sheet about the repairs.

  wow, previous customer told that she doesn't show any record of previous services at our residence. I asked to receive a call from the owner about why there is no record of past work when in reality we have been customers of this business. The so called "executive assistant" refused to take a message from me to have the "owner" call me back and so I told her to piss off and we will certainly never be doing business with United Roofing Solutions ever again. I hope the owner receives this message and is fully aware that she is so rigid over the phone, that she is pushing customers away. February 20, 2015

  United Roofing recently replaced the roof on our house and they did a great job. They did quality work. They cleaned up everyday before they left. The respected our property. Everyone on the crew was polite. They got a big job done in three days. We are happy with their results and recommend them to our friends.

  I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from Mia and the crew at United Roofing. I needed a reroof on a older family home in another town. They were so professional and efficient completing the job quickly and treated it like it was just as important as a newer home. Mia is a great communicator who always returns calls and made sure I understood the cost of all materials. Excellent work and they cleaned up the job site so well you would never know they were there! A happy customer!

  As a property manager, I have worked with United Roofing for several years now. I have found their work to be excellent and their prices very fair. Their response time is great. Further, their staff and techs are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them as a roofing contractor.

  The entire team was professional and took extreme care when they took on our roof project. We couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get the old roof off and the new one put on!   We had a small leak in the flashing around the chimney of our wood burning stove, and were told by another company that it would be $3,500 to fix. We got a second opinion from United Roofing Solutions, and Shawn came over and fixed it free of charge in about 2 minutes. We will absolutely be using them in the future. Thanks!

  I just want to give a positive shout out to United Roofing Solutions. I have had the pleasure of working with the staff and team on three occasions over the last year or so. My last experience was yesterday, 10/03/2025. I have a concrete tile roof and had a border tile come off the edge of my roof. I am forbidden to climb ladders like I used to as a younger guy. LOL I spoke with Mia and she remembered me from a couple of prior repairs. I explained my situation and she got me fixed up for a same day "looksee". True to their word, Shawn arrived that afternoon. Shawn looked over the situation, grabbed his ladder and got the naughty shingle back where it belonged. When I asked how much I owed him he said No Charge. That was not good enough for me so I tipped him for some burgers and beverages for him and his companies time and effort. I just want to express a Thank You to United Roofing for taking care of me as, what I feel like, is a valued customer. WTG United Roofing and thanks again!

A steep, sprawling tile roof needed a full reroof, so we stripped it down and rebuilt it in composition shingle from the ground up. Steep pitch, multiple valleys, a turret, skylights to work around... this wasn't a simple flat run. Swipe through and you'll see the whole process. Old tile torn off down to the decking, the roof prepped and protected, and the crew finishing out the new composition roof section by section. One of our roofers grabbed a quick shot of the view from up top overlooking the lake, and honestly, it might be the best perk of the job.
