OMGOODNESS…..RUN people!!! RUN from this company!!!!! Our roof was put on by these people several years ago and they never butted up the plywood underlayment to the peak of our roof - leaving about a FOUR INCH GAP. A huge percentage of the underlayment was completely rotted through when we put a new roof on this summer - through a wonderfully honest contractor out of Belfair. I would NEVER recommend The Roof Doctor to ANYONE.

Roof Doctor local office came to my coastal home in Grayland couple weeks ago for a new roof estimate site visit, but never gave me a quote. Didn't respond to my follow-up call. A-1 Roofing recently also didn't follow-up with a quote, as they said they would. As far as know, these are the two main roofing outfits in this area.

Grumpy old man company it should be called. They are a blow and go company at best. I would go elsewhere given what I've seen and my experiences with them.

I need a shed repaired and have a deadline. I contacted roof doctor , because they did a great job on my home. Tara came and said it would require a carpenter, and could be done without permits. Kelly came out twice (Carpenter). He said …

June 2022, workmanship or product quality? I'm not a roofer and I know about six different ways to know exactly where the trusses are. Why were you cutting my trusses? Is this quantity of stone loss normal for under 2 years? Why are all these ripples here and how much rain is blowing up there? Why do the peak tiles have bluish tint, did you match color? See pic from 2 months ago. And now Jun 2022. I am concerned about this rippling. I get the impression it will crack if someone steps on it i.e. normal use.

Well if you're drivers are anything like your roofers then you'll be out of buisness in a year! Who ever was driving the big old dump truck this morning at 7 am on the old hwy 99 cut me off right in front of your buisness, and almost caused a crash...Then did 20 mph just to turn on Henderson. Lame S right there

If you want more people to book you for roofing gigs, don’t start pounding scraping and stomping on their residence before 9am when people are still trying to sleep. Unprofessional.

Very good experience as usual. Their work is always excellent and we especially appreciated their initial estimate that was free of the sign today for an additional discount tactic. They even encouraged us to think about it and to get estimates from other companies. We did so and theirs still was the best option .

Sean came out and walked us through the solution to our roofing problem. He was most generous with his time. and referred us back to the roofer who was responsible.

Wonderful work!! Two roofs in two years should say it all! Keith and his crew put a new roof on my old house in 2025. When I bought a different house in 2026 it was easy to know who I wanted to do the job. In fact, I trusted their work so much that I agreed to them roofing my house while I was away on vacation. Keith was great to work with, explaining things well and realistically. He was a good communicator throughout the process. Everyone I worked with from the company was friendly and professional. And the crew that put the roof on all worked hard the entire time. It was amazing to watch how efficiently they all worked together! Great clean up afterwards as well. Keith is also fantastic about answering follow up questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I couldn't have asked for a better crew - fast - efficient - on time and done on time. Got them on a recommendation from someone with a connection to the master builders and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Keith is really great to work with. He really knows his stuff, inside and out, and explains everything very well, and does a great job answering all of your questions and addressing your concerns. They did a nice job replacing my roof, and not long after that, Patrick and his fellow worker did a fantastic job replacing my gutters and downspouts. And Patrick did a great job protecting the house's old growth cedar deck with cardboard that he placed under the ladders. Kudos to the entire team of Roof Doctor for getting it done!!!

2 years ago we needed a new roof. Called The Roof Doctor and Keith came out to give us an estimate. Not only was it the best estimate but we also had them install a solar powered skylight. Keith made sure we were aware of the whole process and the crew was quick and had everything done in a day. I refer The Roof Doctor to anyone looking to have work done on their house.

Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. The work was done quickly, and they cleaned everything up before leaving. Roof looks great. I would happily work with them again and recommend to others.

We used The Roof Doctor in Tumwater. 10 out of 10!!!! They are awesome!! They are very reasonable in their prices. They are extremely professional, the guys that they hire are extremely cautious of your plants and landscape below the roof. They are quiet while they work. Really the only noise is them tearing off the old roof and hand nailing the new one on. We had solar panels that were installed incorrectly by a company that has gone bankrupt. The guys were very careful not to ruin even one of the panels while removing them. We are keeping them for other projects. Keith is amazing and very compassionate. He really listened to our problems and accommodated us. He came to the job site to check on his crew and roof after they were done. He made sure that we were satisfied with the job that they did. If you need anything done with your roof you should definitely consider them. We will be using them again in the future.
