  Really hope companies like this start being held accountable for how they treat home owners, they had 50% to any cost just to have someone come and harass ylu at your door, lie to your face about bids and estimates. Then proceed to call the home owners bad guys. I hope anyone interested in dabella calls a local company and any one of them will give you a better result, price and experience with the same products. James hardie does not need to come prepainted for a fortune. Pick any color and I can be painted. And please check with your local city because dabella doesnt care about you, all the sudden the city fines you they are gonna leave it on you.

  DABELLA WON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! Olympia Wa. Over 4 months of emails and phone calls and they haven't sent anyone out for a repair or quote. Multiple delamination bubbles is what $30k gets you. Beware

  The last time I took a chance with Debella, it was a train wreck, complete with my consultant refusing to leave at 10pm until I called 911. Now they're back at my property multiple times a week. THIS IS PREDATORY BEHAVIOR.

  It been a year and they still haven’t come out to fix my grandmas windows they installed improperly one being put in backwards and two are unable to lock risking my grandmothers safety at night when she’s home alone but they have no issue coming over and asking to put up a sign showing they’ve done work on the house over priced for work that was t even done correctly if you wanna feel safe at night don’t come here

  I had the top 20 feet of a tree come down on my roof . I got contract with Dabella to remove tree and fix the roof . During the process of removing the tree a log fell into my bedroom causing a hole in the floor and also a portion damaged my neighbors fence. Well the broken trusses were repair and a new roof put on the house and it looks very nice. I have yet to receive warranty paperwork for the new roofing.

  I was so pleased with Nico Moreno’s evaluation of our needs, in regards to our roof and gutters on our home, as was my also very elder husband. (Nico M. came from Dabella of Lacey.) As elders, my husband and I know that we are vulnerable, but Nico was very reassuring, and straightforward. We knew we could trust his evaluation of our needs.
