Jose was amazing from start to finish. From my very first phone call looking for roofing quotes, he responded quickly, followed up consistently, and scheduled an inspection right away. His professionalism, communication, and reliability immediately gave me confidence that we had chosen the right company. Throughout the project, Jose kept us informed every step of the way. If there were any changes to pricing or materials, he always discussed them with us first and made sure we approved everything before moving forward. I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. His crew replaced the roof at the ASHHO Cultural Community Center in Tumwater in about a week. They worked hard, respected our property, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and delivered excellent craftsmanship. Jose also gave us several roofing options at different price points, helping us find the best solution for our budget without ever making us feel pressured. Working with Jose was a wonderful experience. He is dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend Jose and New Life Roofing to anyone looking for quality work, outstanding communication, and exceptional service. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I hired New Life for a new roof. They did a great job! In and out in only two days. I had a very minor issue and the owner immediately corrected it. The owner Jose is very personable and always responded to text messages promptly. They are licensed, bonded, insured, and have competitive prices. Highly recommend!

Jose came out to repair a leak in my roof. Wood was rotting out and mushrooms were forming in my attic space. He provided a quick response and kept me involved throughout the process. He even included photos of all the repairs he did. You can tell he takes pride in his work. His prices are very competitive. I highly recommend.

I called Jose and told him about a leak I noticed from our roof. Jose came the next day to inspect the roof and quote me the cost. The next day Jose had the repair fixed and even did extra work for the same price! Outstanding work! He quoted me a new roof and the prices are very reasonable for this area. We will definitely be using his company for replacement after winter
