I did not have my roof repaired. This is on my highway experiance this morning. The driver on 101 to shelton must not know the laws apparently, as they did not move over into the right hand lane when cars were trying to go around other cars. As is the law, please move over.

Impossible to get any follow-up or callback. Last year, was looking to get my roof cleaned, called twice and left a message then went into the building. They said someone would contact me and they never did. Recently called about a repair, left my information and no one has contacted me yet again.

Just had one of these guys in their work truck turn into oncoming traffic and almost hit me dead on, had to swerve out of the road to avoid a head on collision, then proceeded to call the company and after telling them the description of the vehicle they hung up on me

I had a soft spot in my roof. Ed and Dennis came out and looked at it. Said that they would not be able to get to it for about 3 weeks but that it looked like there would be a need to replace not only the drywall but also the insulation and plywood, possibly the trusses due to mold. They asked me to cut out a bigger hole and they would come out and look at it to get a better idea of cost. I cut out an area like I was asked to and called Dennis. He got me mixed up with another job and after about 10 minutes remembered me. I told him that I cut out the area like I was asked to and he could come out anytime. I was told that typically they don't do that and would charge but since he was getting the job anyway would just add it to the bill (I had not yet told him I was hiring him). He came out and said that the trusses would need to be replaced and it would be at least 10k but he would talk to Ed to see if they can do it cheaper. I advised him I needed an estimate as the insurance may be covering some of that. After about a week or so, no word. My husband called Ed who stated that this has been handed over to Dennis. My husband then called Dennis back and he actually said he forgot about us. He would try to put together and estimate between jobs. Keep in mind, I at this time have a tarp on my rood, it's been 3 weeks since we first called these guys and now, he forgot about us. We told him not to worry about it we would be going with someone else. Now, with a bathroom covered in moldy insulation and drywall, we have to start all over again.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we are unsure of who you are. We also do not recognize the names Ed and Dennis. We encourage you to give us a call so we can further discuss this, and help you in any way that we can. Thank you!

From start to finish. Ryan communicated well, thoroughly, felt like I understood the process. Where there were items I thought I should have, and he was great at explaining why I might not want that. They kept me apprised regarding the schedule, dropping off of supplies, arrival times, etc. Ascend was recommended to me by a local handiman who works for one of the larger real estate companies. I had a complete tear off, new skylights, installation of a solar tube, doing a ridge vent. installation of fire suppression mesh over all ventilation points in the roof. My work crew showed up on time and wasted zero time in getting everything set up and they were tearing off the roof within 10 minutes of their arrival. Everything was kept neat and tidy. Everyone on the work crew appeared to know exactly where they were supposed to be, it was like watching a ballet. If you're looking for a quality job, from a company with good communication and manages expectations from start to finish. You cannot do better than Ascend, in my humble opinion. I offered to post their sign in my yard. They don't do this anymore because it appeared those signs just become landfill. Consider this note, my virtually putting a sign in my yard, "Ask me about my roofing project."

We bought our home 5 years into a warranty period. There were a few issues largely due to the low slope of our roof. Ryan came out no questions asked and made it right for us. Patching was not the answer, so decided to re-roof the entire home to ensure we have no problems in the future. These guys stand by their word and their warranty. I plan on using them for additional projects in the near future for ease of mind. I'm in building products distribution and I can say they also use high quality materials in their installs.

This company was wonderful to work with. When excessive damage was found they were able to make the needed repairs and charged a very reasonable price. The new roof looks great!

Absolutely professional and the finished price was very close to the estimate ( we did need new plywood, to replace water and stress damaged O.S.B. ). 100% recommend them for your new roof.

We had our roof replaced a few years back by Ascend Roofing Company. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They found problems we did not know about and talked us through and fixed them. A few years later our roof still looks amazing. We will definitely recommend Ascend Roofing to our family and friends.
