  Roof is done, but nothing else was okay. Left garbage on our lawn and had to pester our rep about getting it cleaned up. Found nails in our driveway. And the billing, more than 1 year down the road, is still a cluster! About every 2 months or so, I get another absolutely ridiculous text message about lost checks, more money that is supposed to be paid, and unreliable payment information. It seems to be the most disorganized and not well-run operation I've every dealt with. Kalamazoo Update: The process has finally finished. United reached out and was, I believe, genuinely apologetic about the entire ordeal. They acknowledged the issues and it seemed that they were making an effort to prevent those types of things from happening again. In the end, they were willing to do what it took to make it right, and that was appreciated.

  Mark did a fantastic job getting us approved for a new roof after a hail storm. His communication was excellent and the job was done professionally and completed when promised.

  If you need a roof this is the company to go with! I just has mine replaced and the quality and professionalism was unmatched. The attention to keeping the area in the yard picked up and double checked for nails was unbelievable! These guys are workers! Thank you again!!

  After storms in our area, United Roofing came out and inspected our roof for free. They said that we had more than enough damage to submit for an insurance claim. Working with their contractor, Elliott, was such a seamless process! They were timely, and so helpful. Our roof turned out great!! I highly recommend using United Roofing!

  Very happy with our rep, Mitch Reeder - helped get the claim moving forward with our homeowners, came the day of the roof install, stayed to make sure we were happy and that everything was properly cleaned up.

  Over exaggerated their ability to complete the scope of work we required, onsite employee made promises all along the way that they, as a company could not compete, work they did do, was done above satisfaction.

  They were awesome! Mark managed the roof project ensuring the delivery of material and the date of install. He was present the day of install to make sure the project went smooth. He kept me informed throughout the day and gave me the confidence that the team was doing a great job and they did. Love my new roof in Kalamazoo.

  From start to finish United Roofing with Jake Elyea delivered timely quality work. Jake worked excellent with my insurance adjuster to fulfill a claim from storm damage, managed dealing with a fussy city building official/zoning director to get the permit to do work, managed/planned all of the materials to do the job in advance and delivery of, and the next day bring a well experienced team to do the roof removal, underlayment repairs, and new installation on the same day. The team was relentless until they left, and left zero trash laying around! They were professional in conduct, and worked fantastic as a team! Communication between him, and the insurance company, insurance adjuster , and me were top notch! I never had any doubts about getting a top notch job from this crew, and United Roofing. If you are in need of a roof repair estimate, and a new roof I would highly recommend Jake Elyea from United Roofing. I don’t think you’ll find a more reliable, honest, and hard working individual as him! Thanks much for everything Jake, and United Roofing for a job well done expeditiously fast!

  Great community member and not just another contractor. Supportive of their local school systems, attentive to the job and the situation that the home owner is in at the time. Very attentive to the job site and the finished product for their clients.
