Every step of the process from job review to install was treated with care. Sales team wasn't pushy, installation team was courteous and timely. Someone was always there to pick up the phone if I had questions.

The crew came in and installed the guttering, and downspouts where necessary, on our good-sized home with gutter guard on upper levels in less than a day in less than a day! They also repaired some soffit that had previously been damaged in heavy wind. They cleaned everything up when done. Nice work!

Had Bob come out to give me a quote on a new roof and help repair some shingle from the recent wind storms. Bob was a pleasure to work with and helped ease our minds as new homeowners! Will definitely be using Character Exteriors when its time to replace our roof. Special thank you to Bob for his professionalism!
