  They bought my contact info from somewhere and have called me every day for weeks despite me asking to remove me from their call list. They are worse than the car warranty people

  My neighbor warned me about them. Poor salesmen who are very aggressive and rude. The company also encourages workers to make repairs they're unqualified to make. Very deceptive and shady business.

  If you had asked me 6 months ago, I would have raved about them as they did two excellent jobs for me. When I needed a new roof, it was an easy decision on who to select. After our experience, this is what I’ve now come to expect from this company and share with you. Main point, they over promise and under deliver- you will also be in the dark during the entire process. Was told by TJ he works hard for the five star reviews and wanted us to be happy. 25 year warranty and he’d be there every step of the way- in the morning to start the day off and at night to wrap it up. Night before he told us that he had another job he had to go to in the morning- not once during the whole process did he come here. He closed the sale and moved onto the next. We were thrilled when he said the job would take one day- it took four. The workers showed up and left without warning. We escalated this because we had no idea what was going on. Their VP came by,was very kind, listened and apologized and promised a few things, we felt reassured, that he really cared. He text us back a few times but then went dark. They also forgot to have us sign our loan paperwork before they put a roof on our house. Starbucks doesn’t even hand you a coffee unless you’ve paid. Very disorganized. Mary in the office is the only one that has been helpful and seemed like she actually cared. Because of this experience, they provided us with a pressure wash, an extended warranty and $200 rebate. I cannot, with confidence, ever recommend this company as the entire experience has been dreadful. There are several roofing companies out there- do not use this one. Every time I see their sign in someone’s yard, I have to remind myself not to pull it out.

  Poor communication. Under bid by close to 30% expect your project to be more, unreasonable rate for replacing wood, had to ask for details since the sales man wanted about 100 more ft of wood that was actually used. Regrets going with them. Let's see about the 20 yrs warranty.

  Set and confirmed an appointment for two weeks ago that no one ever showed up for. Countless 5 star reviews from fresh accounts with no other reviews smells like a bot farm to me.

  Mr. Deweese is the boyfriend of the property owner and called us out because we were "responsible for his basement flooding". Turns out the gutters were clogged with debris, which caused them to not drain and overflow and 5 minutes after we were there the problem was resolved, yet he still wanted to blame us for poor workmanship. The gutters on the home were installed in a industry standard method with the highest quality products. While having a conversation with Mr. Deweese he informed us that his dad had a construction background and he has friends that install gutters for a living so he knows what he's talking about. He also stated that because of our installation of the gutters, the screws that attached the gutters through the roof 5 inches from the edge had cause a leak in the attic. We agreed to inspect the attic and his claim and he refused to work with us to determine if anything further was needed. We have yet to hear back from Mr. Deweese, perhaps he is no longer in the picture and the homeowner is satisfied with the project. The 1 foot overhangs make that impossible, but he still maintained we were at fault.that are sealed and

  They came to look at our roof, never even got up there. Greg eyeballed it from the ground, and gave us a verbal quote, then never sent us the actual quote. I called Mark his boss and got no response. So, even if they offered to do our roof for free, I wouldn't want their company to touch our, Roof! If I could give negative stars I would! Don't bother calling this company, they won't follow through anyway!

  I've done a half dozen washing jobs for advantage roofing. Usually its after tar shavings stick to the vinyl siding and the oxidation is disturbed. The roofs usually look really nice. I'm only leaving this review to caution getting on the wrong side of the owner. He left my company a bad review after doing many top quality projects for him. Refused to effectively communicate with me once he was mad

  I had a section of roof that needed to be replaced and I'm getting too old to spend my days on the roof. The quote was less than I expected. Joey and Cody showed up with everything they needed and got right to it. Any questions I had they were happy to answer. When it's time to do the entire roof I'll definitely call them again.

  Major home projects are not my favorite thing at all, and they typically really stress me out. But I honestly have to say that the team from Advantage Roofing made getting a new roof very seamless and stress free, which my husband & I both appreciate. Their team started and finished our roof, soffit, fascia and gutters ahead of schedule and their cleanup was amazing. And I mean AMAZING! We are so pleased and appreciate Raul and his Crew for their great work and for being so polite & kind, thank you. There is one person though, that truly made the difference for us, and that was our Salesperson, Chad Bienz. From the first moment, there was never any pressure at all, which spoke volumes to us and confirmed our decision to move forward. Chad was always there for us, through the entire process, and it was clear how much he truly values his clients, which you just don't see often in today's world. It was refreshing!   Have used Advantage for several projects and they always deliver in a quality and customer service. Jason was excellent at understanding the project and have his crew do the work. The crew does quality work and would use them again for any future repair without question.
