Experienced same weird issue as other reviewers, I got ghosted by them. Efren came over and seemed very confident on issues. then he said "I will send you the quote today or next business day, and we will start the work next week." then they disappeared.

They just ghosted me. The roof has not been fixed for two weeks. They do not pick up phone calls.

Efren gave me an estimate and he ghosted me for weeks now. As a result I rejected other roofing companies because I wanted to work with him. And now he or Yulenia don't answer their phone, email, or text. They wasted my opportunity to get my roof done this year. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Hello Saman, We apologize for your experience with us. We have tried to be accommodating to your roof discission that has prolonged nearly the year. We couldn't hold off other roofing projects for when you were ready and for that we are sorry we couldn't be available when you wanted. Your roof project may still be completed this year, we are still available within a reasonable agreeable timeframe. thank you

On my initial meeting with Efron, I had a "gut instinct" that this was the man to fix my roof. I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I received bids from other contractors, but they didn't give me the same "gut …

They were so nice and professional! We had to have our roof re-graded and a lot of repairs. He was so amazing and talked us through our options and tried to give us the most cost efficient options! They were great the whole project was done quickly and I’m so happy with our roof! It’s gorgeous. Highly recommend!!

I'm so happy I ended up going with Efren! After having a couple of companies completely miss our scheduled meetings and not even reaching out to reschedule I was feeling pretty negative about the whole situation. Not only did he replace my roof in less time than expected he showed up early every day for work and was just so pleasant to work with. And the job was done beautifully!! I will always refer my friends and family to Unique roofing. Thank goodness I found you guys!
