  After contracting with them in May 2024, they set a date to do windows, siding, a new porch, and install a new door for mid-June. They never showed up, nor did I get a call that they wouldn't be present. It took a few days to get even a text response. When I finally heard from them, they said they had scheduling issues and would set a new date. By August, I still did not have a new date and got the run around. September and October are the same, so we told them we just want a refund of our 25k deposit. Contacted the better business bureau, and they haven't been able to make progress after the company told them they would give our deposit back. Now December and we are still out our deposit with no communication from the company. Do no give them your business. Not reliable. UPDATE: Sept 2025 still haven't given back our deposit despite saying they would. Liar and Thieves. Had to hire a lawyer just to get money from the bond.

  I contracted Cobalt for work in August. They were supposed to do my siding, gutters, and build me a new deck/porch. They completed the work on the gutters and most of the contracted work on the siding, but have no started any work on the porch. That was in September. As of December 4th, 2024, Cobalt refunded me for the work that was not yet done.

  Cobalt is great they got the job done quickly & did a fantastic job. Replaced the entire roof on the home and garage plus replaced gutters. Highly recommend! Kevin, Nick and Lisa all great!

  Kevin and the Cobalt team did unbelievable job on our new deck. When a large tree fell on our deck existing deck, Kevin and Ryan were at our house the next day to work through options and had incredibly fair quotes the day after. We’re very pleased with the way our new TimberTech deck turned out. Much more modern than the previous build and they nailed the specs that were requested. I’d 100% recommend the Cobalt team!

  We worked with Cobalt on a complete residing project. They were priced competitively, and the product and timeline exceeded our expectations. There was substantial additional work due to some structural rot, which was also priced very fairly. Great company to work with.

  Kevin of Cobalt Exteriors, Inc and his crew were very professional, informative and easy to work with. Once they showed us their drone shots of our roof we knew it was time to take aciton.
