  They are really caring less about their customers. They made me wait for the whole week for just the get the quote and still no respond from them. I’m just wandering if this is the customer service like this? How the service would look like? I would not recommend this company at all.

  They a great job and were quick to replace my roof, but not happy since we agree on a price and to find out the tax was not part of the agreement. Just make sure you read the contract thoroughly and ask questions if does not make sense. Other roofing companies, quoted me with tax included and were cheaper on price. I changing my 3 star to 1 star after the owner, Chuck, email that I haven't paid my bill and for leaving a negative review. He should check with his account payable team first since my bank account show he I already took my money. My only negative comment was the price quoted did not included tax as other quotes I received included tax. I would give negative star if I could to the company for the owner attitude toward me and assuming I did not paid my bill.

  We had 4 different companies give us an estimate for replacing the roof on our home in Bothell. Chuck (the owner) was referred by a trusted friend. He came out fully prepared, spent over half an hour with my husband, explained everything that they would be doing and left the estimate. My husband and I discussed it and agreed to go with Masters Roofing. We paid the deposit on Thursday and his crew was on site on Saturday, with a prompt 8 a.m. start. His crew was professional, thorough, and respectful, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They even removed the dump trailer the same day. Chuck said they would be done in one day, and he held true to his word. We can definitely recommend Masters Roofing (Mill Creek) to anyone looking to replace their roof. They are also general contractors, so we are keeping them in mind in case any other project pops up. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Chuck and Crew!

  Our 25+ year old roof and 5 sky lights were in need of replacing. After getting bids from multiple roofers, and visiting the Master Roofing showroom I decided to go with Masters Roofing. Their reasonable pricing, excellent reviews, and the owner's (Chuck) knowledgable and experienced assistance convinced me to choose them. Chuck did an excellent job of describing and showing me photos and samples of the optional roofing mateterial and detail choices prior to the install. When it came time for the installation, the installers showed up every day as scheduled and did a professional job installing our new roof, skylights and downspouts, Chuck also did a great job of communicating with me via email the costs and scheduling time lines. We ended up with an excellent quality Certain Teed Integrity Roofing system, skylights, and gutters and I am really happy we chose Masters Roof.

  I contacted Master's Roofing after a friend referred them. The owner, Chuck, was amazing. We had a complex situation with lawyers and HOA restrictions, which he handled with calm professionalism.   We had an excellent experience working with Chuck at Master's Roofing. From the very beginning, Chuck took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, so we always understood what was happening and what our options were.
