  Nonstop spam if you get a quote! I got a quote from them and have since been completely inundated by calls, text, and email follow ups. They reach out everyday on multiple channels and I’ve already told them multiple times on email, text and over the phone I booked with someone else. The individuals are nice when I’ve told them that I booked with another operator but no one seems to be able to make the follow ups stop.

  The online quote was not very helpful. After I completed the questionnaire on their site, Chinook called to provide a more 'accurate' rough estimate, stating that the final price would be determined on the day of service after assessing the gutter conditions. On the day of the service, I mentioned this again, and the technicians confirmed that the current proposal was acceptable. However, an hour into the cleaning, I was informed that due to the presence of gutter covers—which I had already noted in the questionnaire and which the technicians were aware of when we agreed upon the price—they would not be able to fully clear the gutters within the scheduled time. They explained that only half of the job could be completed and that I would need to schedule another day to finish the work. I was very disappointed, as we had agreed on a final price at the start, and I expected the service to be completed 100%, not to be told an hour into the cleaning that it couldn’t be finished without additional costs. I also called afterwards to explain the situation but they stated nothing could be done about it.

  Let me start by saying that I have used Chinook many times in the past to perform both window washing and carpet cleaning, both personally and for my rental properties. I have always had good service from them and have even referred friends to them more than once. Unfortunately this last experience was unacceptable, and my attempts to reach the owner to provide private feedback (because I want his business to succeed and I want to keep using them!) have been unsuccessful. Hence I am posting this here in the hope it will get someone’s attention. I will list each issue separately. 1) My initial voicemail in early May was not returned for several days. When I followed up via email, Jenessa informed me she had been the only person in the office lately and was therefore running behind. 2) I requested window and carpet cleaning and to call the tenant directly to schedule based on their availability. This never happened; the tenant had to let me know over a week later she was still waiting for a call. 3) When I got Jenessa on a conference call with the tenant to schedule, we agreed on dates (they would be different days for the different services which was not a problem). However, while the carpet crew arrived as planned, the window crew never showed up and no one ever contacted me or the tenant. 4) When I learned of this, I called the office to request an explanation. She said she would look into it and get back to me. This never happened. 5) A week later, I called again and spoke to someone else, Charles. I told him what happened and that I wanted to know what went wrong with the crew. He assured me that he would speak with Jenessa the next day, compare notes, and call me back, though I got the sense I was a bother to him. the call back never happened. 6) At this point I was just exasperated and called to speak with the owner directly. However, Jenessa told me that he does not have a voicemail box. I asked if she could leave him a note. She said yes but that he is

  Did a decent job but then left my windows wet. They looked fine when the guys left but when dried they have steaks on them.

  Chinook Services has serviced my neighborhood including gutters and pressure washing. The workmanship is excellent. They communicate expectations clearly and manage the job site efficiently. Chinook Services are dependable , considerate , highly recommended.

  Chinook Services performed their magic at my home today while I was at work. I am more than happy with the entire job. My roof, patio, driveway and parking pads were engulfed in moss. It had become dangerous to walk outside of my house. Everything, including my windows, sparkles now with no mess left behind and at a very fair price. I will definitely call on Chinook Services again!

  Did good job on roof and gutters, however it would have been nice if they would have cleaned two of my vertical down pipes that were clogged. Maybe 20 - 30 minutes to do both.

  The team was on time, super friendly and did a really excellent job on the roof cleaning and gutter/downspouts. They made sure to check in on any concerns, and gave me a thorough report of what they saw when they were up there. The clean up on the brown was immaculate as well. Thank you!

  My 2nd story windows have never been so sparkling clean and clear! They did an excellent job of roof and gutter cleaning as well. No gunk left on the landscaping below either. Communicated clearly and let me know extra charge up front for many hard-to-reach windows. Hard-working and thorough. Only minor problem was that they bent one of our outdoor garage lights off-kilter and didn't let us know about that. We noticed after they left. Easily fixed, I think. I'll definitely use Chinook Services again.

  100% recommended for moss removal and gutter cleaning. Charles was patient and helpful in creating a quote for us by answering all of my questions and accommodating us when our neighbor wanted to get their roof done at the same time...he had no issue amending the proposals and I didn't feel rushed along. The techs who came for the service were courteous, friendly, and respectful of our property including taking extra care around my flower beds. Thanks again!

  The only concern I have about Chinook is I called a few days in advance to potentially reschedule and did not get a call back. The person who came, Mike was great and gave me some good suggestions.
