After buying a home with a cedar roof, we did not know much about the upkeep it needs. When I reached out to company: Ortega Family Roofing Llc for roof maintenance, Douglas was quick to respond and explained the cedar roof care process in simple, clear terms. Later, after storm damage affected the roof system, skylights, and gutters, Gregory responded fast, inspected everything carefully, and clearly outlined the needed repairs and replacement work. The crew worked closely with our insurance company from start to finish, which made the whole roofing process much easier. Mason and the team were professional, thorough, and easy to work with throughout the project. They paid close attention to detail and made sure the new roof, skylights, and gutter system were done right. We are very happy with the results and would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs in Bothell.

I would definitely recommend this roofing company. Out of all the roofers I contacted for an estimate, they were the only ones who got back to me right away. Very professional and true to their word from start to finish. One crew handled …

i had a very positive experience with a roofing company in Bothell. gregory helped us with the estimate and was straightforward and clear about the roofing work, materials, and timing. he answered all of our questions and even patched a small roof leak to hold us over until the full roof replacement could be done. On installation day, the crew was led by Mason, and they did a great job from start to finish. he kept me updated with progress details and photos as the roof installation moved along. They found several sections of rotting plywood decking and were able to replace them the same day, which gave us peace of mind that the roof system was being done the right way. At the end, we noticed some minor siding damage near the roofline, and Mason fixed it quickly without any hassle. Everything was finished in a single day, the cleanup was thorough, and the new roof looks great. i am very happy with the whole experience, and it was clear the team cared about quality workmanship and communication.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing crew. Douglas and his team arrived early each morning, ready to get started right away, and kept the whole project organized from start to finish. Everyone was polite, careful, and hardworking, and they always cleaned up well at the end of the day. They did excellent work on our main roof, porch roofing, soffits, and gutters, and it really improved the look of our home in Bothell. You could tell they take real pride in their craftsmanship and pay close attention to the details. The pricing was fair, the quality of the roofing work was strong, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. If you want a dependable roofer that does quality work and makes your house look great again, this is a team I would gladly recommend.

Thank you for the prompt, professional roofing service on my roof repair. Gregory was outstanding from the free estimate to the roof protection work and cleanup. He helped arrange the removal of wet, damaged insulation, treatment for the affected area, and secure tarping to protect the roof until repairs were completed. He even took care of a wasp nest near one of the pipe boots, which made the work area much safer. The whole process was smooth, well organized, and handled with real care and attention to detail. The crew went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them for roof repair, leak issues, and any other roofing needs.

Ortega Family Roofing LLC did my roof a while back, including the ice and water shield, and the work has held up very well. We originally chose them because of good feedback from nearby homeowners, and that gave us confidence in the crew and their roofing experience. Later, water started showing up in the family room during heavy rain, and Douglas found that one of the older skylights was starting to fail. He explained the issue clearly, gave us a fair quote to replace both skylights, and also sealed around them as a temporary fix. That repair worked great and kept the room dry through several strong rainstorms until the new skylights were installed. The installation went smoothly, the new skylights look great, and everything has been performing well since then. Very happy with the service, communication, and overall workmanship.

The roofing crew was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was patient, friendly, and always ready to answer my questions while walking me through the full roof replacement process. They handled the scheduling smoothly, worked well with my insurance, and kept me updated the whole way, which made everything much less stressful. I was really impressed by their roofing knowledge, communication, and workmanship. The office staff was helpful and easy to work with, and Mason made sure the new roof was installed properly without any issues. Even when there were a few delays with the shingle color I wanted, they stayed on top of it and kept the project moving. The finished roof looks great, and the quality gives me a lot of confidence that it will hold up well through the wet weather and storms we get in Washington. It is rare to find a roofer that truly cares about the customer, stands behind the materials and labor, and delivers such solid results. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and would gladly recommend them to friends and family. If you need roofing work, they are definitely worth calling.

they were very easy to work with and clearly walked us through the whole roofing process, including the materials needed, what each product does, and the benefits and cost of each option. the team used high quality roofing products at a fair price, which gave us a lot of confidence in the project. the crew worked hard, stayed focused, and did a strong job from start to finish. they also found damaged underlayment and bad roof decking, then replaced the affected boards the right way before finishing the install. we really appreciated that extra care because it showed they were paying attention to the full roof system, not just the shingles. they kept the job site clean throughout the project, went over the yard several times to pick up nails and debris, and even took extra time to remove debris that had slipped behind the gutters. we are very happy with the final result and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work in Bothell.
