  I highly recommend Ultimate Roof Repair for any roofing work. Chase returned my first call within minutes, and every step after that was professional, polite, and on time. He completed a careful roof inspection and clearly explained the condition of our roofing system, including worn shingles, older ventilation, and areas that needed attention. He also worked closely with us and our insurance company to support the claim process and make everything much easier to understand. Once everything was approved, the roofing job started as scheduled and was finished the same day, including tear-off, repair, and full cleanup. The crew was organized, efficient, and respectful of our property. They also explained how proper ventilation and quality shingles can help protect a roof in hot weather and improve long-term performance. What could have been a very stressful roof repair turned into a smooth and easy experience. If you need roof repair or roofing service, they are a great choice.

  Excellent roofing experience. I was having a hard time getting roofers to call me back because the project was not first being looked at as a full roof replacement. After the roof inspection, the team kept working with the insurance company and clearly showed that a complete reroof was needed, along with required code-related updates. During the roofing work, they also coordinated the timing with the gutter protection crew and the insulation team so everything moved smoothly and stayed on schedule. The roofing crew was professional, efficient, and did a great job with the installation and cleanup. There were very few nails or debris left behind, and the property was kept neat throughout the project. They made the whole process easy, communicated well, and delivered solid workmanship. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for future roofing needs.

  I highly recommend this roofing team in San Jose. They showed up on time, guided us through each step of the reroof project, and helped us choose the right shingle color for our home. The whole process felt organized, clear, and stress free from start to finish. Their crew also took extra care with the surrounding homes by letting the neighbors know about the roofing work and politely checking for backyard access so nothing from the jobsite would end up where it should not. I was especially concerned because I have a dog that will pick up anything, so I did my own second check after the job was done and could not find a single roofing nail or scrap anywhere on the property. The cleanup was excellent, and the yard, driveway, and work areas were left very neat. Gregory, our sales rep, stayed in contact with us regularly, answered our questions quickly, and made sure we felt confident about the materials, schedule, and installation. We are very happy with the new roof and the overall service, and I would gladly give an even higher rating if I could.

  I couldn’t be more impressed with this roofing team. I looked at a few lower-priced quotes, but they were nowhere near as detailed or professional, so I chose the company that clearly knew roofing and roof repair the right way. I’m really glad I did. Gregory and Mason showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled the job with real professionalism from start to finish. After completing the roofing work, they invited me to inspect everything with them, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the installation and cleanup. I also pointed out a few older roof patch areas where the shingles still did not blend well, and they went ahead and replaced those too at no extra cost. In the end, choosing the more experienced roofing contractor actually saved me money and gave me a much better result. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and it was clear the entire crew truly cared about customer service, workmanship, and making sure the roof looked right and was fully taken care of. That kind of honest, thorough roofing service is hard to find.

  i can't say enough good things about the roofing crew. They were easy to work with from start to finish, and the whole process felt smooth and well organized. chase took care of every detail, answered our questions quickly, and stayed professional the entire time. The team replaced our roof, installed new fascia and soffit, and added gutters with gutter guards. We had three different crews working on the home, and each one did an amazing job. mason and gregory were also very helpful, showed up on time, worked hard through the day, and made sure the property was cleaned up before they left.   I had been dealing with roof trouble for a long time because of poor original installation and repeated storm damage. When strong winds recently pulled a few shingles loose, I called for help and had a much better experience. Gregory was friendly, caring, and quick to get my roofing concern handled. Douglas was up on the roof very fast to inspect the damage. He replaced the missing shingles right away, checked the surrounding roofing area, and confirmed that the rest of the roof was still in solid condition.
