  This is just my experience. Others seem to have fared better. I ordered 5 custom drainpipes for an ADU in our backyard. The first 4 were installed incorrectly and don't fit. We're still waiting for the 5th. They also, if you can believe this, put two downspouts on the front of our house that WE DID NOT ORDER! We are currently in what seems like an infinite loop about an invoice for (1) payment for the 2 downspouts we never ordered and that they subsequently removed, and (2) payment to modify and reinstall the original ones that were removed because they didn't fit. The primary contact I dealt with no longer works there. Nobody seems to know what is going on. It is beyond frustrating. I paid $942.67 for 4 downspouts that don't fit and I'm still waiting for the 5th one.

  Had a very good experience with a roof inspection and some small repairs of damage caused by a recent electrical panel upgrade. Price was very reasonable as well. Can definitely recommend Keith Roofing!

  If you are looking for a company that puts people over profit, look no further. We had the pleasure of working with Ron who was able to successfully diagnose the source of a major ventilation issue we were having at our house. He was not looking to drum up unnecessary business but to simply help us with the problem we were having. For any roof, gutter or siding needs moving forward I will turn to Keith Roofing. Honesty and reliability is hard to come by these days so having a company like this to rely on is relieving.

  Keith Roofing provided an excellent experience from start to finish. John, who handled the estimate, was thorough and answered all my questions. The office staff was very helpful throughout the process, and the roofing crew was both fast and efficient. Not only did they deliver a top-quality roof, but they also left our entire property looking brand new, with impressive cleanup afterward. While there was some noise, which is to be expected with roofing work, the crew was diligent and respectful, accommodating our comings and goings with ease. Overall, I highly recommend Keith Roofing for their professionalism and excellent service.
